Worst service ever my order was sent on the 1st of Dec and i paid for the 3-5 days delivery service util today i haven't received my order. Been calling their call Centre all i get is lies the supervisor Noluyolo or Noluvuyo had the audacity to lie that my parcel was delivered and returned due to electricity issues went to the store and they said she is lying they never received orders and returned them.
****mers who are quick to deduct money from your account then when you do follow ups they treat you like you are stupid. You never get any help from them
Im very disappointed with your bank,I have an issue where a credit provider debited money from my account.I struggle to get my money back from the provider and they not even responding to my emails I called FNB numerous times,all that I'm getting is different stories from your agents. Was told to go to the branch when I got at the branch was told they don't deal with such matters.A big bank like you guys one must struggle like these people debited on my capitec account and Capitec assisted me without any issues my money was reverse back to my account and it was also a debit check. I'm very disappointed in you I will have to change my account after using FNB for year I have no choice but to switch my salary to a better bank because one will loose money and instead of protecting your customers monies you giving us a run around
