Trying to complain on their site is a waste of time. I pay for takelot more premium and must still pay extra when purchasing items, yet my last 2 orders, never received updates on progress of my orders, straight from payment received and next update was delivery ready for collection. Made a purchase yesterday evening paid for next day delivery and nothing. Isnt paying for takelot more premium then paying extra for next day delivery just daylight ******* and wrong, its actually ***** and theft and misleading. Should I approach the national consumer commission and report takelot to the competition commission???

Such poor quality and one would assume since it's woolworths you will get the best but sadly isn't. Honestly the woolworths brand has lost its touch. Thank you for taking complaints seriously

I bought a pair of hush puppies from Kingsmead shoes, gateway branch on 30 January 2025. The right leg heel cracked and I contacted Kingsmead shoes on their website and lodged my complaint 3 days ago and nobody has had the decency to call me. I want a replacement pair ASAP. But it seems Kingsmead is ignoring ny complaint to wait for the 6 months to pass and then tell me sorry , we can't assist you. Really poor after sales service. 2nd post of my complaint and the store manager still has not called me. Really poor customer service

Really pathetic service and the reason why Multi choice is loosing business. They disconnect loyal paying customers, yesterday morning it was a technical issue and this morning again disconnected without any notification and they now say I have a 3rd stand alone decoder??? Come on guys ur service sucks are you'll are so ***********. You'll will continue to loose customers if you'll persist with such pathetic service
Woolworths Ballito Junction wow, daylight ******* to an elderly pensioner..glad to see such high level of ethics and morals from your staff. My mum purchased 3 items from your store yesterday afternoon. The kindly and friendly staff failed to inform her that 2 of the said purchases came with free items. This is how such a huge retail store treats elderly customers, I wonder if the staff didn't take the said free items for themselves rather than inform an elderly pensioner of this. I'll be sure to take this further, consumer goods council, media and expose the *****. Well done guys, well done. I'll be sure to sit outside your store and turn all other pensioners away so they too don't get ******..
Absolutely ****** freaking useless staff ..get a fancy etag which doesn't work. Emailing and calling them doesn't help.. umvoti toll staff are rude and ***********. Uthongati is just as good or useless now their systems off line..all u get is darn excuses flipping he'll *****s
