Travelled in 2024 to Turkey. They owe me a refund of R10000 for botched tickets. My emails go unanswered. Buyer beware!
Zero communication from this company that owes me R10 000 for a refund.
Just got told to F..ck Off through my car window by a staff member whilst requesting a motorist to not park on the yellow line in Bolton Rd. Great introduction to the brand, dont believe I'll be supporting them!
Operator just hung-up on me after being rude and really difficult to understand. I changed my bank account details 3 months ago and now get repeated non-payment messages. The reception at my home is appalling, mostly non-existent.
Refund process flawed. Repeated assurances yet no money reflects in my account! Sadly, I was a big fan prior to this fiasco that has wasted many hours of my time.
Ordered products. Waited and waited. No response to several emails. Eventually they responded saying that their supplier had let them down and that I should wait longer - now several weeks. I asked to cancel the deal and refund. Several nagging emails for the refund. No response!!!
Sent incorrect product. Now non-responsive to emails.
After receiving the incorrect size and some disagreement on the solution, they did refund me the money - a pleasant ssurprise.
I locked myself out of my house on Sunday 11 April. Using a neighbour's phone I googled emergency locksmiths. Was drawn to the advert "R199 callout fee". Contacted Northside Locksmith who arrived, drilled the Yale night lock out, replaced with a cheap lock, and charged R3089. Absolut extortion!
