Adding a bad review to a company that already has numerous bad reviews and just doesn’t care, not even to reply is wild business but here goes, anyway. I don’t think there’s a service that’s as poor as yours. I actually rate you guys zero star. You guys run an app that the user should just use and not require any further assistance for it. Your WhatsApp communication is just as poor, so poor that the consultants just leave you hanging, even bots communicate better. Your service is appalling to say the least.
You guys have the worst drivers with a horrible attitude. I rate your drivers zero, pity that I even have to put a one star here. No greeting whatsoever, why hire people who are not happy with their jobs???? Parked at my neighbours house in day time like they can’t read house numbers. I hope I don’t have to deal with your company again. The worst store experience ever. The service I received is enough for me to stop buying KFC all in all. The time that I wasted waiting for my order when they know very well they are busy debating amongst themselves. I ordered the Twister Black Friday special x 2 which is buy one get one free so in total I was supposed to get 4 Twisters and 3 Very Berry Krushers. When placing my order I added 2 twisters to my cart as the special says “buy one, get one free” so I bought 2 knowing I’ll get the other 2 free. I waited more than 30 minutes in the store with no resolution. When I asked for my refund, i received a response with an attitude “you’ll get your refund where you ordered - online” in sepedi. Absolutely atrocious service for a store I supported so much!!! Even if there was a system error, it shouldn’t be my problem!!!
