After submitting all the requested documents, I was assured that my account would be reactivated. However, it has now been six days, and my account remains inactive. My funds are still withheld, which is causing me significant inconvenience and frustration. Each time I follow up through your chatbot platform, your consultants repeat the same response: “We apologize for the inconvenience. We have sent your query to the relevant department, and you will receive feedback within 24–72 hours.” Unfortunately, despite these assurances, no feedback has been provided, and no action has been taken. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I request: - Immediate reactivation of my account. - Release of my withheld funds without further delay. - A clear explanation for the delay and a timeline for resolution.
