Paid R2400 for logo design in cape town branch (rivergate) and was told 3 months later that file cannot be released unless I place another order for tshirts or vehicle wrapping. Nothing of this sort was said when I paid for logo design. Malcolm (sales rep) not trustworthy.
I wish I could give no stars. They are quick to answer pre-sales questions, but RSAWEB has disgusting support service levels. 4 open tickets are being ignored. Oh, and by the way, It's illegal to download training material from the internet according to their support staff. I made a huge mistake going with rsaweb fiber "special" deal.
