WHAT A ********** EXPERIENCE I HAD AT THE WITBANK BRANCH.. I HAVE NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE BEEN AT ANY HENNIES STORES BEFORE !!!!! YES, I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS INVITES TO GO THERE... AT THE VAAL, AT WATERKLOOF, WHERE I HAVE BEEN RESIDING FOR OVER 30 YEARS. SO I WENT TO THE WITBANK BRANCH, OVER THE WEEKEND, WHICH WAS THE FIRST TIME, AND WILL DEFINATLY BE THE LAST TIME, I EVER SET FOOT IN ANY HENNIES AGAIN IN MY LIFE. FIRSTLY, WE WERE TOLD OF THE RULES... THEN WE PLACED AN ORDER FOR DRINKS AND FOOD. WE WAITED NEARLY 45 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD TO ARRIVE.... THEN THEY BROUGHT THE FOOD FOR MY DAUGHTER FIRST... WHICH SHE DID EAT THE FOOD... THEN MY DAUGHTER ATE HER FOOD WHILE WE WERE STILL WAITING FOR OUR FOOD. THIS TOOK SO LONG.. AFTER SOME TIME, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE SO CALLED MANAGER, WHERE HE CAME TO OUR TABLE, AND I TOLD HIM WHAT WAS GOING ON. THIS SO CALLED MANAGER, WAS TOTALLY USELESS, TOTALLY NOT INTERESTED IN OUR COMPLAINT... HE DID NOTHING TO EVEN HELP US. HE SAID HE WOULD GO TO THE KITCHEN AND CHECK. AFTER SUCH A LONG TIME, THEY EVENTUALY BROUGHT OUR FOOD TO OUR TABLE. BY THEN MY DAUGHTER, WHO HAD ALREADY ATE HER FOOD WAS ALREADY FALLING ASLEEP ON THE TABLE. I CALLED THE MANAGER, WELL THE SO CALLED USELESS MANAGER, AND TOLD HIM, THAT THE FOOD CAME LATER, MY DAUGHTER WAS ALREADY SLEEPING, THAT I DONT WANT THE FOOD, I WILL GLADLY PAY FOR THE DRINKS WE HAD. AGAIN, THIS TOTALLY USELESS SO CALLED MANAGER, DID NOTHING, TO EVEN ASSIST US. BECAUSE ALL HE WANTED WAS OUR MONEY, FOR LATE SERVICE, AND ON TOP OF IT, WHEN THE FOOD ARRIVED WAS NOT WHAT WE ORDERED CORRECTLY. THERE WAS AN ITEM MISSINNG. AGAIN I CALLED THIS USLESS SO CALLED MANAGER AND TOLD HIM THERE WAS AN ITEM MISSING. DID HE CARE? NOT AT ALL. I AGAIN TOLD HIM, THE DRINKS THEY PROVIDED, WERE CLOSED, THE BOTTLES WERE CLOSED. MUST WE THE STUPID CUSTOMERS BRING OUR OWN BOTTLE OPENERS TO OPEN OUR DRINKS. THIS WAS SO FRUSTRATIONG... AND I TOLD THE SO CALLED MANAGER TO TAKE OUR FOOD BACK, AND WE WILL PAY FOR THE DRINKS ONLY. HE DID NOT EVEN ANSWER ME, BECAUSE HE DOESNT CARE. HE IS TOTALLY USELESS. I TOLD THE SO CALLED MANAGER, THAT I WILL NOT EAT ANYFOOD, WHICH HE DIDNT EVEN REPLY. AND THERE ARE CAMERAS ON THAT STORE, ANYONE CAN SEE, I NEVER EVER TOUCHED ONE SINGLE ITEM OF FOOD . NEVER. BUT I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR A LATE MEAL, FORCED TO PAY FOR DRINKS THAT WAS NOT EVEN OPENED, I WAS EVEN FORCED TO PAY FOR A 10% SERVICE FEE, ON A TOTALLY USELESS SERVICE, WHICH I DECLINED TO PAY FOR THE FORCED SERVICE FEE. AFTER COMPLAINING SO MANY TIMES TO THIS SO CALLED MANAGER, I PAID MY FORCED BILL, AND I TOOK THE REST OF THE FOOD HOME, AND GAVE IT TO MY DOGS. THERE ARE CAMERAS IN THAT STORE, THEY CAN VERIFY MY STORY, BUT NOTHING WAS DONE. YESTERDAY, I EVEN CALLED HENNIES HEAD OFFICE, TO EXPLAIN MY FRUSTRATION, I EVEN SENT THEM MY PAYMENT SLIP, BUT DID THEY CARE?? I USED MY MONEY, PHONNING LEFT AND RIGHT, SPOKE TO ROCKY, TOLD HIM MY STORY, AGAIN PROMISES TO COME BACK TO ME.. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT MY ISSUE, BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE. BUT ME THE STUPID CUSTOMER, PAID NEARLY R800-00 FOR A USELESS SERVICE, AND FOR FOOD THAT I EVENTULALY GAVE TO MY DOGS. HENNIES DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE TOTTALY USELES... BUT THEY ARE GLAD TO TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, FOR FOOD I GAVE TO MY DOGS.... I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN WATERKLLOF FOR OVER 30 YEARS, AND I WILL NEVER EVERAGAIN, VISIT ANY OF THIS USELESS HENNIES STORES... I WILL ADVISE THE PEOPLE OUT THERE, PLEEASE DO NOT VISIT THESE STORES, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS SERVICE.. THEY ARE MORE INTERSTED IN TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY... AND THEN WE THE STUPID CUSTOMERS, MUST OBEY THEM LIKE DOGS... !!! THATS THEIR LOGO.. THATS THEIR MISSION..... THEY CAN KEEP MY R800-00 AND THEY CAN MAKE THEMSELVES RICH.... I DONT NEED TO USE OTHER PEOPLE MONEY TO MAKE MYSELF RICH. I HAVE MY OW BUSINESS... I RESPECT MY CUSTOMERS, AND I DONT NEED TO ***** MY CUSTOMERS WITH BAD SERVICE FOR MONEY... I WILL NEVER EVER, IN MY LIFE VISIT OR EVEN WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THIS USELESS HENNIES PLACE EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE... THEY MUST ENJOY MY R800-00..... THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT....
ROMANS PIZZA IN REITFONTEIN PRETORIA, IS THE WORST ROMANS PIZZA OUTLET, THAT CAN EVER EXIST. I JUST HAD A VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH MY DELIVERY, WHICH THE CLUELESS DRIVER DID NOT KNOW WHERE MY ADDRESS WAS, EVEN THOGH I HAVE HAD DELIVERIES DONE BEFORE TO THIS ADDRESS. BUT THE WORST THING WAS, AFTER I HAD TO USE MY AIRTIME, TO CALL AND COMPLAIN TO ROMANS PIZZA RIETFONTEIN, WHEREBY I WAS ATTENDED TO RAYMOND, WHO WAS S USELESS, SO ARROGANT, AND THEN AFTER TELLING HIM MY COMPLAINT, HE DROPPED THE CALL ON ME. WELL THATS A BIG BONUS FOR THIS USELESS ROMANS OUTLET. THEY ARE ARROGANT, AND WHEN WE COMPLAIN, THEY DROP THE CALL ON US, WE THE STUPID CUSTOMERS, WHO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT ROMANS, FOR THEM TO TREAT US WORSE THAN DOGS. I EVEN TOLD RAYMOUND I WOULD POST MY COMPLAINT ON THE FACEBOOK GROUP, AND ADVOCATE FOR A COMMUNITY BOYCOTT OF THAT STORE. AND WHAT DID HE THINK??? HE WAS NOT EVEN BOTHERED, HE WAS GIVING A SH*t TO MY COMPLAINT OR THREAT TO BOYCOTT THAT STORE. I EVEN CALL THE SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER 0870125788 SO MAY TIMES, TO NO AVAIL. I EVEN LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE. WHAT A FOOL I WAS. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE FROM THIS USELESS ROMANS PIZZA. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, THEY DONT GIVE A CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE THE STUPID CUSTOMERS, MUST SPEND OUR MONEY CALLING LEFT AND RIGHT LIKE A STUPID, FOR ROMANS PIZZA TO NOT EVEN CARE. WELL, THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER , EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ROMANS PIZZA AGAIN. NEVER EVER AGAIN, WILL I EVEN WANT TO HEAR THAT USELESS ROMANS PIZZA NAME, WHO DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY TREAT US WORSE THAN DOGS, BUT THEY WANT OUR MONEY. I URGE THE COMMUNITY OF RIETFONTEIN, PLEASE LETS STOP BUYING FROM ROMANS PIZZA, LETS RATHER TAKE OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO A PLACE THAT WILL APPRECIATTED OUR MONEY, AND AT LEAST LOOK AFTER US, AS CUSTOMERS. LETS SAY NO TO USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE, LETS STOP BUYING FROM ROMANS PIZZA RIETFONTEIN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT US CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE ARROGANT, AND WE DONT NEED THEM IN OUR COMMUNITY... !!!!!!!!
i would like to know from Telkom managment , if it is allowed for one of their employeese based at Eco park centurion , to have a side business??? is this allowed by Telkom?? this said employess, has been using Telkom resourses, such as working time, phone calls, adn even set up a camera to check on his side business....all this using his office at eco park. not only has he rented out a permises to a small business, he have been using his working time , and office space at Telkom, to conduct his side business. he has even gone as far to force the workers from his tenant, to clean his property on weekends for free. if his tenant refuses, he threaten his tenant with immidiete eviction. this employeee from Telkom, even went and installed a survellince camera in the said permisses, without the tenant knowing abou it. he know uses his working time, office fro Telkom to spy on his tenant, and threatens him and the tenants workers with eviction fro his permisses if they dont do what he wants. and he does it using Telkoms resources.......!!!! does Telkom allow this?? what is Telkom preperared to do about this situation???????? is there any number, people we can contact Telkom , to investigate this gross abusive of Telkom resources, and this attidude by this employeee at eco park centurion?????????????? can Telkom please supply me with a contact number where we can lodge a complaint, and get this matter investigated..........????? please............
