This institution is a poor client service operation. I can't be saying one thing over and over again
Webafrica is non functional institution. I have been saying one thing over and over again. It has not reached a point were I got my refund. It's has been 72hrs promise over and over again. There is no management nor a supervisor to call back or even at work. So how is this business got operated?
I have done my finger print check on friday 23/02/2026 the process was for 48hrs and up to so far I didn't receive the results. Tried to call and even send an email and only not to be assisted
Vumatel tell have no better customer service. They have negative attitude on customer service. I don't know if the Ceo or Cfo are aware of this service. I can't log a complain on the 2nd of January and not been solved on the 14th January.

I have payed R429 on 25 November 2025 in order to get installation. I have no installation no router. Today Webafrica is sending an email wanting me to pay another R429 with no service rendered, no installation, no line , no router
This company has poor service. I have placed an order on the 25 November 2025 and up to date no one has called
