I would like to applaud this buisiness for the smooth process to renew my license. The communication was good and I was.informed all.the way on where they are in the process. I received my license within five days from applying to delivery. Thank-you very much!!
I was helped by Greeff Properties to find a rental in Bettiesbaai in January 2023. I signed a contract in which was stated that the deposit will be invested by Greeff and the return on the investment will be paid out on termination of the contract. I terminated my contract on the 1st.of.November and.moved out on the 30th. After 7 days I made an enquiry about the payment of.the deposit. After.3 days I have still not received any feedback. I made another enquiry and was told I did not pay the deposit and.have to go back.to.my statements.to prove that it was.paid and to whom. I refused unless they were willing to cover the bank cost. After 2 day I received a message that stated that the money has been released and will pay out by the Monday. Monday, Tuesday came NOTHING!! Once again I enquiry and was then told the deposit was paid over to the owner and he is responsible for paying it back. The owner contacted me and confirmed that.this is the case. He was never.informed that the money was paid into their account. The deposit WITHOUT THE INTEREST was paid over. So who is responsible for this very unprofessional service, lack of control and who is enjoying Cristmas with my interests???? Agents are so quick to pull out the contract and rub your nose in what you are doing wrong, so why include a clause of deposit invested with interest if they do not plan to stick to the contract.
I had 2 phones ****** in 4 months. After enquiring I decided to upgrade one of my data contracts 2 a phone so that my daughter at least have some form of communication. I took the advertising book in the vodacom 4U in Somerset Mall discussed all the options with the sales person and chose the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G for R359 inclusion e of a free watch. After the phone was brought I was told that deal Is expiring on the 8th of August so they don't give any more watches. No alternative was offered. This has just been the same experience I had when I upgraded my own number in April. I was also suppose to get a watch but was told they don't have anymore stock. My experience ce with Vodacom over my 25 years with them has been so negative when it co.es to delivering on their promises.
I would like to thank Storage King Johannesburg as well as the Brackenfell branch for excellent service. I specially want to mention Kristen. Yes there was hiccups and confusion over issues. But not once did they leave it for me to sort out. Kristen made sure every concern I raised was addressed. When we had to take some of our things from the units at Brackenfell the guys helped with good spirit and.lots of patience in spite of the heat. This might be a more expensive way to transport and store your stuff when moving but I can recommend them any time!!
What an absolute delight to go to a depart for license renewal and be treated with 1. Respect 2. Friendliness 3. Efficiency I and everybody around me was astounded by the service we received. Thankyou to each person, from the security at reception to the final payment. I am impressed and now.know that it is possible for this country to overcome our difficulties!!!
I have been with Virseker since 2018 and.was impressed by the good very good price I was offered on my car and householdinsurance. After my first year with them my installment was raised by R350 a month. I sucked.it.up but thought it was a bit excessive. This year my monthly premium was raised by R450 a month!! When I asked why they said it was due to the rising cost of everything. According to me the value.of my car and household contents decrease every year. I therefore got quotes from other insurance companies and send them.a.letter to cancel my policy with them on the 12th of.August. I did not receive any confirmation so again sent it on the 15th of August. I received a call from a gentle.en who said that he would.like to speak to me about the letters but I was in a meeting and asked.him to please phone me back in the afternoon which he never did. I decided to.phone the.company.on the 26th of August to confirm that they ha e received my cancellation letters and was told that there was no such notice on the system so my debitorder will still go off this month and.I must cancel. It myself at tbe bank. When I contacted the bank to inform them.of the cancellation I was told that there is a R50!!!! fee on my side to reverse the debitorder. This company really need to take better care of their buisiness. A yearly increase of 33% as well as the inability to handle basic admin is not the road to success!!
We were really impressed with the service received when we booked a flight with vouchers received due to lockdown. The friendly staff assisting us made this trip feel like a holiday.
On 27 November 2017 we had a storm in the Glen Austin, Midrand area where we stay, which caused one of the phases to go down. I battled for three days to get it reported in order to get a reference number- no response on sms report, email orvvoice message which they assure you will get attention. On the 1st of December I got through to an operator after holding for 45 minutes and got a reference number and was assured the matter will be attended to within 4 to 6 hours. By Monday the 4th it was still not attended to so I phone again. This time the operator informed me that it is not a phase down our electricity has been cut due to outstanding balance even though I have electricity on the other buildings. The outstanding balance was due to a bill we received end of September of R15000 on which we logged a quiry as we average on R3500 a month. UP TO THIS MOMENT THEY HAVE STILL NOT RESPONDED TO THAT QUERY!!! His only response on the 4th was pay the R15000 and we will look at your account again. I am a widow and single mom tryingbto make aliving by running a small buisiness and do not have that kind of capital lying around. I have but away a bit of money for the holiday season but cancelled all my plans took the money and paid the amount on the 6th of December. On the 8th there was still no electricity so I went to the Rivonia office where I spoke to Martha. She assured me everything was now in order and the electricity on that phase will be on within 4 to 6 hours .....itis now 4 days later, 21 calls , a 103 minutes of my 120 minutes on my vodacom contract, 3 freezers of meat for my catering buisiness and a very upset tenant and still they have no ability to sort out 1 phase.......
<p>I am dealing with the inability of 2 companies. DIAL DIRECT AND AUTO MAGIC. Dial direct is the insurance company who gladly rise my installment 50% in a 26 month period but is not willing to assist when the service provider they appointed, AUTO MAGIC can not do the job that they are being paid for. A minor bumper basher where only replacement work is to be done is taking them 3 weeks after we agreed that the job will be done in no more than 10 days. They allegedly had a power failure for 1 day but that put them back 2 days! Lets not mention the unprofessional way the reception handles phone calls and speak to clients.And in this great frustration where I am loosing buisiness Dial Direct does not respond to any emails or telephone quiries. I am a buisiness owner and bend over backwards to meet my clients needs, to keep them happy so that they can give me good references and keep coming back....... so sad that my experience is so bad that it has come to this</p>
