I canceled my contract with Tracker 6 months ago. Today my account was debited by Tracker for “outstanding payment” Neither your billing or cancellation departments could explain this Now never mind a debit going off I have been handed over to legal Tracker you are a bunch of ******* I have opened a case of ***** against you See you in court!
Tracker are a bunch of scam artists and do not stick to their word I have been charged for sms’ for a vehicle I SOLD IN DECEMBER. Despite an email stating that the sms had been stopped, today I got an sms demanding payment of an exorbitant amount. Sorry Tracker but this time I have the upper hand and I will see you in court with the proof of your saying that the sms had been stopped Thank goodness I moved to another tracking company with my new vehicle. I also took the precaution of stopping a debit order going off my account just to make sure you cannot charge me

After 2 new routers, the second of which is WORSE than the first, my internet is still dropping out, my WhatsApp calls are terrible and I can barely hear because of the constant drop out There is clearly an issue with your service. Not with my internet I am NOT spending money on another device that “may work” You have until Saturday to rectify this issue. Failing that, you can come and collect your router and I will find another service provider I am tired of fighting to get service
I am battling constantly with my WiFi dropping out. Cool Ideas decided to send Tech Doctor to “solve the problem” Instead of solving the problem, I got told to buy a 5G USB AC ****le so I can have 5G WiFi on my laptop Thanks but no thanks I don’t have money to spend on a ****le which may or may not solve the problem Sorry Cool Ideas This is beyond pathetic I’m moving to another service provider who will give me decent service and are able to solve issues

I was contacted at 18:09 for alarm activation at my parents house. I was on my way from Houghton I arrived at 18:15 and waited alone in the house until the vehicle arrived at 18:25! This is 16 minute response time, which is unacceptable. I have now left 3 messages for the manager to call me and as yet have heard nothing My parents will be changing to another security company who can provide decent service as this is now the 4th or 5th time with ADT slow or NO response!<br> In a period of less than 5 months
We went to River Hawk Spur on Saturday at the request of the manager Gordon, to make up for a really bad experience last weekend. I can only say I have never received service like we got and even more so the food was SUPERB!!<br> Sharon and Senzo, the managers made sure we were waited on without delay and were extremely attentive! Our waitress Mamza was excellent and really went the extra mile for us as well<br> I have to say the Sirloin steak on the bone is a great and absolutely delicious addition to the Spur menu, one of the most tender steaks I have had in a long time<br> Thank you Gordon and your team at Riverhawk we look forward to coming back again for another superb meal!!
WE went to River Hawk Spur for lunch today<br> I ordered a full portion of plain chicken wings, and imagine my horror when I pulled a wing out of the bottom of the plate of wings and it had a bite out of the wing. <br> I immediately called the Manageress Ottie, who took my plate of wings back to the kitchen and replaced it with a half portion of wings as I hadn't had more than a few wings out of the full portion.<br> She apologised profusely and said that it wouldn't happen again. She also gave me a Spur Voucher to apologise for the inconvenience<br> This is the second time I have ordered wings at that restaurant and the wings were not up to standard.<br> <br> Please can you ask the manager of the restaurant to look into the quality control of the food coming out of the kitchen there as it seems not to be up to Spur standards
