What poor service I received at Rooderpoort Sassa today. My kids who are 8 and 1yr old and I stood in the queue outside, freezing cold for over 3 hrs just to be turned back. My son has not been getting his grant for the past 5months and I am being sent from 1 Sassa to the next for a Review. It was 1st Meadowlands then Dobsonville which both had poor service as well but today took the cup. The workers there do not care about the community even the elderly were standing out in the cold, no chairs or even care in the world. Mind u there were open seats but according to the security guy he is only allowed to let people in once the ones that are in are finished. So empty seats while the community including kids and elders are freezing outside. There was a guy named Mthokozisi who was very rude I'm not sure what position he holds there but he also refused me my right to lodge in a complaint as he said there are no forms and I should use an A4 paper and stash it in the box when I'm done.. Like I look that dumb. There are people who need jobs and who are more deserving of the jobs that are given to people who work at these Government institutions. My child has missed morethan a week of school because of going up and down for this stupid review and going up and down with money I don't have as I am unemployed. It is as if Sassa employees do not know their job. It is heartbreaking seeing people's parents in the conditions I saw today, my 1 year old who was born prematurely is suffering from a cold as we speak.. If the community didn't force the security to leat me in 3hrs later the situation would have been worse.

I left my bag in the car on the 13th of Dec 2025 and upon realizing this which was about an hr later I called and the driver said the only way I can get my bag back is if I send another request which I must pay for and he also confirmed that he had the bag. I reported the matter with Indrive since Saturday everyday till today and no assistance whatsoever. Why do you treat your customers line this? I just went through some of the reviews here, you have made a lot of clients very unhappy. This is day light ******* as there is also an amount of R500 and something in that bag and I need it. The driver's name is Harry who drives a light blue Hyundai BS33PRGP. He picked.me.up at 2672 Tshezi street Emndeni to Buttercup Street in Fleurhof. Pick up time was 18:59-drop off 19:37. I am expecting this matter to be resolved urgently because the only other step I will have to take if it's not is to report the matter to the Police.
