I sent a review to hello peter about hisence on the 22 February as I had emailed them on thec16th February and got no response. Hidence came out and looked at the machine and said they would be back the Thursday this was Monday 2 march still nothing has been done. Ref no 215546728

I lodged a complaint last month as netstar had the wrong banking details and didn't debit. I send them confirmation and bank statement giving the correct details. This month again the didn't debit. I received an email yesterday saying they have confirmed my business account at netstar and will now debit monthly. It's not a business account as I have told them three times. Also ..when will the debit as it did not go off on the first must i do an EFT? Communication is very bad
My husband has the above sim card in his phone. I whatsapped him this morning and I re eived a response in Xhosa. I have sent more messages and keep getting a response from another person. The SIM card shows no service. I phoned MTN ***** tonight at approx 17.55. I was told that the phone was deactivated by MTN because we didn't buy airtime to phone out. But was reactivated on the 5th April and the number was given to someone else. But he has been using this number up until today and. this person has access to all my husband's contacts and has been making calls to them and his profile picture still shows on all messages and phone calls made to his contact 0719287538
Netstar did not debit the payment on the 1st of the month. I sent them numerous emails and finally got a response saying my bank account details were wrong no one contacted me in this regard. They asked me to do an EFT payment which I did and sent proof of payment today I get an email saying they are debiting on the 15th. Does no one check first if the payment reflects. Namhla matyolo and tiiseto mafooka both sending emails but communication seems to be a problem
I have been trying for over a week to contact Mweb they leave me on hold for over 15 minutes they don't respond on their chat. My connection keeps going off and on all the time. Acc no 62063655
No response. I have a tracking system in my car they are not debiting my account trying to find out what the status is. There after sales service is terrible they just don't respond to emails
