I booked tickets for the sa20 game at kingsmead the game was however called off due to increment weather i received an email from ticketpro requesting documents and proof of tickets so they can proceed with the refund. The documents was sent the very instant however its been over a month and I still did not receive my refund. I sent numerous emails afterwards to follow up on the delay but never got a response. I tried calling in aswell only to be informed that ticketpro does not accept calls. This is very unprofessional and ********* to wait almost 2 months just to get a refund and also not to be provided any feedback whatsoever
I have a contract with cartrack for 2 vehicles which is R99 a month each for 2 vehicles my premium is R198 month in the month of December I was debited R758 when I called in and spoke to a consultant he could not give me a reason has to why I was debited R758 and all he said was my contract is R99 a month per vehicle. I have requested him to send me invoices as I do not receive them and he advised that a ticket has been logged to query why I was over debited. After a few days of me not getting any feedback I called again and was assisted by a female who was very rude and refused to give me any feedback with regards to a refund or why I was over debited and all she said was I need to wait for a call from cartrack. Its been over 3 weeks and to date I still do not have any feedback regarding the amount I was debited. This is very unprofessional
Good day, I am writing to express my concern regarding the status of my claim submitted with Auto & General on 8 December 2025. The damage to the vehicle was assessed and handed back to the consultant on 10 December 2025. However, since then, the only update I have received is that the claim is currently with a senior consultant for validation, and they are doing administrative work. It has been almost a month without any proper feedback or communication. I would like to understand what a senior consultant's role entails and how long it typically takes for a claim that has already been assessed to be validated by a senior consultant. This lack of communication and delay is quite unprofessional, and I am disappointed that I have not received a call or any further updates from Auto & General since submitting my claim. Please provide me with a clear update on the status of my claim and an estimated timeframe for resolution. Thank you.
