I am beyond enraged and completely devastated by the absolute garbage service I've endured from Makro Online – hands down, the WORST online shopping disaster I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing! What a bunch of ***********, unreliable clowns they are! I placed my order on the 21st of August, and from the get-go, they slapped me with some ridiculously distant delivery date that should have been a massive red flag screaming "RUN AWAY!" But no, I was foolishly patient, holding out hope like an idiot because the last thing I wanted was to deal with the hassle of canceling and starting over. I waited and waited, biting my tongue through all the frustration, only to be slapped in the face with the truth on the actual delivery date: the item hasn't even been PICKED UP from their damn warehouse! How utterly *********** and disrespectful is that?! They've ****** my time, my money, and my sanity with their pathetic excuses and zero accountability! Avoid Makro Online like the plague – steer clear of their online platform at ALL costs! They are a total joke, a complete waste of space in the e-commerce world, and from what I've seen in countless other horror stories, this is just par for the course with their shoddy operations.trustpilot.com I will NEVER recommend them to anyone, and I urge everyone to boycott this disgraceful company before they ruin your day too!
⭐ Just had an incredibly frustrating experience at Woodmead Midas. When I entered, all the employees were on their phones, with no one attending the front. After waiting, a gentleman finally greeted me and seemed as surprised as I was by the lack of service. All I wanted was to get my number plates installed, but the process turned into a mess. Once I paid, I was told I had to wait for the person to install my plates—who was, apparently, on lunch. After more waiting, I eventually asked for a refund. Only then did the installer finally appear, eating with greasy hands, saying he could help. I refused and asked for my money back. It was a total waste of time, and the lack of customer care was shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re expecting timely, professional service.
Had the most appalling service from this guy. I still don't have my watch back. The watch was sent on the 25th of November 2022. The guy keeps making excuses saying his doing deliveries he will come past before the end of the day, he has to fix his car and he can't Uber package the device. It is now the 13th of January 2023 and he is still sending excises. He is now not answering his calls. I now have to report my device stolen. Unhappy with CarTrack service: I installed a tracker in 2019, a 36 month contract. My car started giving me problems. Had to sell it in December 2020. I called CarTrack to help me unsitall the divice and install on my new car and they want to charge me R800. But its my responsibility to find the person who bought my car and get their contact details. I informed them I can't find those details. Now I asked them can they track the vehicle and help me with that. They can't so I thought of installing a new device and they now want to charge another R600 do that. After that, I told I want to cancel. I seemed to have asked for the impossible they want to charge me another R2000. Be careful with these companies who are just in this for the money and are not willing to help their customers under no circumstances.
