I want to give a huge thanks to auto pedigree at lephalale branch. First person I want to thank you for all her hardwood and helping us to make the dream come true is the manager Regina Mahlase BM the sales ladyBasani Mashao saleslady for helping us so well and Mathews Nthoke 2IC and John Masalane the driver who I was driving with to go and get my car, and then the whole auto pedigree at lephalale team you guys went above and beyond for your customers my only mistake was not going to you guys to first time when I bought a car and you did so much for me and my family and the car the i20 is driving like a dream you did everything that you have to do and more and thank you for having a good heart for your customers as there's no dealership like you guys I will prefer people to buy they car from you I have no complaints regarding you guys your service was above & beyond just smiles and happyness that you guys were able to provide us as a family the manager Regina thank you for your every time letting me know what's going on thank you for your happy face even if the job is hard for you sometimes you are 100% manager and I was happy to work with you guys thank you auto pedigree team lephalale
Auto in general was great helping me with my claim and they were friendly customer service the lady's name is Naomi I would like to thank her for for helping me as fast as she did, auto in general you can buy that lady at hot cup of coffee and a chocolate, I will like to thank her personally her name is Naomi.

My fiance and I bought a car by MMU in lephallale on 5 of August,we received the car on the 6 august and on that day the tyres of the car was not road worthy and spare wheel was damage and not the right tyre for the car,,I told them that I want new tyre on the car an they did help me after 6 days,,the car book indicated that the car was 3services behind,,the car was book in on 7 August for service and to fit new tyre but was not done excuse was that the parts was not booked and are awaiting payments,I also asked that when the reare L/H tail light is going to be replaced because tail light had a crack threw the lens and water leak into the light,, still they said they are waiting for payment,,,and still the light is the same as the day we bought it,,,on 12 August the car went in for new tyres but still no car service,,on the 14 of August we had to drove to Cape town, but just before klerks Dorp, the car engine light came on and I phoned MMU, a lady with the name, Chene, that I must take the car to Mahindra in klerks Dorp so that they can have a look at it on the computer,,, when Mahindra had a look at it ,the computer indicated about 27 fault codes,some heeled some had history and some had current faults,,,,,Mahindra at klerks Dorp just cleared the faults,,I told the lady ,chane, that I want another car for I'm to scared to drive further with this vehicle,she rep**** that they cannot do that and that I have to bring back the car but we are too far too turn back, and had to attend a funeral in Capetown,,from then we drove to Cape town and just before Cape town the engine light starts showing again on the dashboard,,,we took the car again to Mahindra in Vredenburg and there the computer indicated that the oxygen sensor is faulty and the car needed new Tyrod ends, MMU said that the car must be repaired by them and not by Mahindra at Vredenburg,when I was back in town I went to MMU I told them the car engine light comes on the ABS light comes on and the break's is not working properly,and when are they going to fix it and when are they going to service the car,,on 14 October 2025, I emailed MMU and I cc the bank also in on that email,,,then on the 16 of October the car went in for the service,,but there was no repairs on the complaint that was emailed to MMU the brakes was still not working properly,on 17 to 19dec the ABS light came on and only goes of when the car ignition is switched of and back on after a while the problem remains the same ,, since they service the car the sound of the iddle of vehicle was not the same the brakes still not working properly ,I went back to them complainted that the car is still having problems,and yet again they told me that they are waiting for payments,,,,,,on the 20. December I had a accident with the vehicle because of break failure ,drove and bumped the wall and a pole behind the wall,, with my 2 daughters inside with me in the vehicle,,, I ask for vehicle back ground to check when the car was in for road worthy,,it indicated the road worthy was done on 12 of August which I do not understand because the car was in my possession at that time,,,,,I do not feel happy because when I asked MMU they told me the car was 100%,an that there are no faults on the car,,from my side I can provide the emails and results numerous of complaints about the vehicle,,,I ask for help from the bank side to address this issue,for I feel that I'm not at fault,, and the bank is busy helping me i will know of the 15 Jan or the 22 Jan
