I approached them with a cheaper quote from my bank for home owners insurance . They then did a review of my entire insurance portfolio with them and offered me a significant reduction in monthly premiums. The agent who assisted me , Anathi Gobeni was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend them for all short term insurance needs ! 👌
My review will be different to the previous ones. The sales executive Hennie Van Loggerenberg that handled my purchase of my used BMW. Firstly the deal needed to meet my tight budget, Both Hennie and Tyrone the branch manager worked the numbers to ensure the car came in on budget. When it came time to pick up car there was brand new Mustang which Hennie arranged for my teenage son to startup and listen to. Unfortunately the BMW has had powertrain issues but Hennie drove a courtesy car from PTA to Krugersdorp and picked up the Beemer to ensure as little inconvenience as possible. The battery was replaced free of charge with Hennie being only too happy to be of service. There has been constant follow ups to co-ordinate the repairs to the car. So from my side a big thumbs up to Hennie , Tyrone and the team at Kempster Ford Hatfield!
I was sold LTE 30 GB solution under false pretenses from Mobile Talk at the end of October 2015. They stated it was uncapped. After logging a case against them with Telkom Mobile they then admitted that they were dishonest with me. They then came and uplifted the LTE device from my home. Unfortunately since the device was uplifted in January to present month I have still been billed for the service!! I then logged another case with Telkom mobile [18345128]. Mobile Talk informed me that they completed required processes for Telkom to cancel the billing for this service. I then received a call from a Telkom agent Neo Letsipa, asking for the uplift document for the LTE device. This was on 18th March. I then sent her the uplift document after which i never heard from her again. I then went into Telkom store and phoned 081180. Both times i was assured that my case was open and that their was an agent handling it, that the billing would be stopped and my account credited for the months that i have not had the service. Nothing has happened and i am still paying. I am hoping Telkom will contact me urgently, otherwise i will be forced to take legal action.
I was contacted end of October 2015 by Mobile Talk representative representing Telkom Mobile. They sold me an \uncapped\" LTE contract over the phone. Device arrived several weeks later only to find that it had a 30GB cap. I then opened case at Telkom to have this investigated. The phone calls were accessed and it was determined that fraud was indeed committed. I was informed that the device would be collected and that the billing would be stopped. The device was collected but I still am being billed to this date! I have had to open another case with Telkom to try to address this ! I would like to have a credit passed for all billing from Mobile Talk from 2015 to present date as this service was fraudulently sold to me."
