Just want to take the time to say thank you to Nico and his team for my amazing work they have done with our canvasses. The best service I received in years, I could pay for a special they were running in January and send my pictures at my own time. Being very patient with me. I submitted my pictures the end of July and a few weeks later I received my pictures. They kept me informed of the process at all times and exceeded my expectations. The canvasses were beautiful and of high quality, absolutely amazing. I would recommend Nico and his team to anybody at any time, truly understanding the meaning of client service.
I currently have a contract with Vodacom for a router and data bundle that I am paying R200.74 per month. On the 31st of January I received a call from a Vodacom, the person whom was assisting me stated that Vodacom is re-looking there data bundles and because I am a long term client they would like to offer me the same package just with a cheaper fee paying only R169 per month. I informed the agent that I already have 3 contract with MTN and 1 with Vodacom and I can not afford another contract apart from the ones I already had. She ensured me that I will only have 1 vodacom contract and nothing changed except for the payment this was also confirmed by her "manager" several times. On the 1ste of Feb I received a new sim card and had to call vodacom to activate this sim, this was very strange to me thus I asked the person whom assisted to activate the sim if they are sure I only have one contract. This is when the agent informed me that there is 2 contract and not 1, I explain the situation and he informed me that he would escalate the matter to stop this contract. He also said that it will take 7 to 14 days to stop the contract, after the 07th of Feb I called again to confirm whether the contract was stopped and they once again promised that Vodacom has stopped this contract #incident 1- ********** ********** . Today 29th of March Vodacom deducted R467.39 how is this possible that I don't just pay my normal installment but I pay for a contract that was activated under false pretenses and pay an additional R100 for what? The consumer protection act clearly states that I have a cooling-off period of 5days which I did log a call as soon as I was aware of the second contract, please note "All Your Calls are Recorded" so please use this as reference. Vodacom must also please inform me when I used the data as I was informed that I should destroy the sim card as the contract is cancelled??? I would love to hear how they will be explaining this???
I placed an order at Homechoice on the 17th of May and sent through my payslips and Bankstatement. On the 25th of May I called Homechoice to ask about my order, they then informed me that I only have enough credit for the bedroom set and not the pillows due to being a first time client. This I could understand but they did not even contact me! On the 14th of June I received a statement for my first payment that will be deducted on 25th of June, I called Homechoice and asked them when I will receive my order as I can't pay for something I don't have. They then stated that they will move the payment for the following month. I received my order on the 21 June and found that one of the items are damaged, I called Homechoice again and asked them if I should send the whole parcel back or will they be able to replace only the 1 duvet that is damages. The agent then said that I can only send the duvet back as they can replace that. I called them again 2 weeks later to confirm if they have received the goods, then I was informed that it can take up till 4 weeks to receive the good but they did send me a email on the 21 July to inform me they received the duvet and will be sending a replacement. I kept calling over the past few month to check in when I will receive my order but with no success. They eventually told me that they don't have stock but they can refund my duvet on my account, my question to them was that I have the pillow cases and curtains and extra blankets that match the duvet can they rather send me a duvet with a similar color even if the duvet is not the same as the other item. I called today for the last time and was promise to get a call at 12:30 by a girl named Babalo incident nr ********** 48 whom claimed that she is not like the other call center agents that she will call me back, guess what I'm still waiting for the call!!! I would never refer any person to Homechoice ever, worst service ever filled with empty promises
