Buy back, yeah shure, recall notifications , no way I bought a Citroen C4 cactus in 2015 and was told that they have a guaranteed buy back policy, there was a call back issued in 2020 for cambelt and tensioner and this was never communicated to me and the cambelt broke R36000 later got the car going , try selling it at cmh Citroen in umhlanga ,they don't buy cars above 100000 km and there was 2 call backs ,never communicated and they don't take responsibility. And they refuse to buy the vehicle with 138000 km on
Sasol delight shop at sasol petrol station In Piet Retief, I shop here everyday ,working shifts it is easy and today I buy and the 2 pies does not have barcode due to faulty printer, the cashier Dumiso has the audacity to tell me he is willing to help me but I have to pay for the pies separately and I have to pay cash for them, the other I can pay with debit card but the pies only cash, what a inconvienence , I never carry cash on me I use card ballet and swipe, now I have to go find an ATM draw money to pay for the pies ,don't insult my intelligence , I think he wants to poket the R40 for himself
Went to Pick and pay Piet retief and jacobs 3-1 boxes marked with price of R42,99 and at the till it rings R69,99 after i took manager to the boxes he says it is not that but it says Jacobs 3-1 box then i said he must get me that jacobs that was advertised he said they dont have and someone must have put the wrong price on and simply turned around and left this manager has no people relations his name is apparently Pieter, another manager helped me but tis mr Pieter was nowhere to be found . Utterly disapointed i purchase at this p&p just anout every day , discusted
Mc Donalds, what a grap place to be, this shop opened not a week ago and on the 3rd day I could not make a order because their mc flurry machine does not work and the next day I ordered a regular grilled chicken foldover and was surprised when this thing was so spicy you could not eat it. Now a few days later it is load shedding and they are closed because the generator does not work the shop is not even a week old ,rediculously when you ask for the manager ,the one lady refuses to give her name , then the next guy says the manager is not here today, then one of the guys from the kitchen comes and says he is the manager , this store does not make it and the owner better close close down because they are really making mc donalds name ****
Bad attatude , of staff , service station was full so i pulled in on the first available pump, with my cap on other side i pulled far enough forward so that the hose pass around back and close enough to pump so there is no pulling needed, they refused and told me i have to move but i have already switched off vehicle , climbed out and unlocked petrol cap, when i told them to fill it like that they refused and walked away mumbling in Zulu , trying to get manager on duty was like finding hens teeth, not possible, and trying to phone manager after fighting to get the number, was also not possible , not answering his phone,
Jenny has been of a minimum of 5 times today have reported it to Emile from Vryheid and nothing is done, ticket has been opened and escalated to advanced tech but still not solved . And now the manager of the so called service provider has been switched off. Every few months it is fighting to get issues resolved, Paying for a service that is not delivered Continual hassles that is just not being solved
Once again internet that you pay for is not what you get, 10 meg line that runs at 0 megs, phone call centre, dont bother they are closed, call the manager in town, dont bother his phone is switched off. Now that is a service provider that dont supply any service, time to go to fibre with other company , Jennys is useless, quick to get their money but not to provide the service that you pay for... and aftersales service is a myth, they have heard of someone that does aftersales service but it is not for them..
Standing in que, only one person at pharmacy, then when other finally gets here the vaccine assistant jumps the que and pushes someone else in front of que, always problems here, loadshedding locking store and going home, not helping and utter disrespectfull towards clients
I placed a order to mc donalds in Balitto and made an eft, witch went off immediatly, then they say they cant make the delivery due to no stock. I then proceeded to phone mc donalds that replied that there is stock of everything, I then requested a refund and got the reply it will take 5 business days for refund, I did not pay them and it took 5 days before they received the money , ridiculous...never again mr d sucks, then spoke to mr d and told the guy to phone mc donalds and phone me back, yeh. Right mabey in 5 days
Once again, signal **** like allways, have to call on wednesday, on friday and again today, Jenny has to send people that has the ability to actually repair the system in Vryheid because the people they have here are absolutely amateur at best, and very arrogant and disrespectfull, and is making your company the worst internet provider in the town, and they are not even bothered when you tell them you are planning to go to another provider in town, can get a fibre network that runs at 20 megs for less than I pay for my 6-8 meg line that maybe run at 4meg for about 40% of the time rest of the time lucky to get 1 meg, and even posting on Hellopeter does not even make a difference, so what does that say about senior management.
