Really disappointed in the service. They clearly do not care about consumers. I reported my Samsung TV issue to them and they have not returned my calls or emails. And now Samsumg refuses to communicate with me as they say they have already communicated with the ombudsman. I contacted the ombudsman hoping for a solution but now more than before am I left stranded and without answers. My TV is still not fixed. And my issue with Samsung remains unresolved.
Absolutely disappointed in Samsung South Africa. My TV stopped working and I have been trying for over 2 weeks to get Samsung to come and fix it as it is still under warranty. SAMSUNG deems the TV to have physical damage and refuses to fix it. All I have is my word that we have not damaged the tv physically in any way but Samsung does not care about customer satisfaction. They only care to make the sale but not after sale service. Rest assured they have lost a loyal customer and I will persuade all that I know to not purchase Samsung products because of their lack of customer service.
I have been waiting over a week for Makro to come and fix my Samsung Tv. Every time I follow up, I’m told it will be done within 48 hours, but nothing happens. This same response has been repeated multiple times with no action and no update. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating, especially for a product that is still under warranty. And has only been used for 1 year. Customers should not have to chase support endlessly or be given false timelines. Especially for such an expensive product. I expected much better service from a company like Makro. Very disappointed.
