They went and took debi check from my account after I told them it should be from a different account know I sit with 2 different debi checks. I want the one refunded today
Ok so I left 3 complaints here on this site and all 3 times Vodacom responded and said someone will call it's been a month later and still no one calls

I left a complaint more than once about my line that was suspended the advisors are rude and swear at me I made an arrangement 3 times about the debit order on the 15 and still nothing
If I can score 0 I would have. I made arrangements on my account 3 times they didn't capture the arrangement. I have been speaking to the whole of vodacom I asked managers to call me back more than a month ago. They suspended my Fibre cause they can't update the system correctly. The advisors is shouting and swearing me on the phone.

Daars een groot probleem ek is 68 jaar oud het aangsluit om my skuld te betaal. Afriskuld het my een rekening uitgewerk as R100k en dit moet R10 wees....ek kannie my paaiement betaal nie want my SASSA is gestop. Hulle weet die staan van SASSA ek voel hulle het my paaiement uitgewerk volgens die CPA NCR en ombudsman is daar verkeerd uitgewerk hulle het ook gese dis op n bedrag van R10k maar hulle se n vinger fout was R100000 op n financial transaction hoe kan jy se dis n vinger fout..dis n grap regtig. Ek is 70 jaar oud en kannie al die stres hanteer nie.
