Bad experience with Hyndai Wonderboom Pretoria
Tjoooh I’ve never experienced such . I bought a car in 2019 and I was very happy with the service big up to hyundai Pretoria Menlyn. This year in 2026 my car started giving me problems so I decided to trade it in at Hyndai Pretoria Wonderboom . Regrets regrets regrets. First the lady working at the finance department did everything alone, never even told me how many months will I be paying the car for, how the distributed the money from my trade in and also the R20000 that was supposed to come with the car. Like I learned everything after i’ve received the car. When i collected the car petrol was not even half tank, no gift received. There are add ons they they’ve included in my car which they did not tell me about. I drove the car for few weeks and one of the wipers is not working properly. Like am really disappointed about everything. When I went there to ask about these things I was told the lady was not in and they’ll call me when she’s back even today am still waiting.

cancellation
I haven’t had a car for two months and yet they’ve been debiting on my account. I called them to cancel and I was told to pay R2000 for cancellation fee. Why are we forced to pay for a service that we are not happy with. When they sell you their products they don’t mention such things. I even asked the lady if she can tell me where my car is, she couldn’t answer, so when I asked her then what am I paying for she couldn’t respond. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone shame

The person I was talking with explained everything I wanted to know and even more that i didn’t know. She even made sure that I get insurance that will be affordable in this bad economy. I was really happy with her service
