Best Customer Service
On 13th February 2026 I lodged a claim with Discovery Insure . I was assisted by Nkateko Tshauke who was professional, friendly and helpful. She made my life easier by arranging a courtesy vehicle to be dropped off at the panel beater. Even when I was not comfortable with the first vehicle. She went extra mile to satisfy me as a customer, by exchanging a vehicle to suit my needs. She also kept checking on me if I'm happy. Her actions made me to recommend Discovery Insure with my colleagues with the good service rendered by Nkateko Tshauke. She's the best, keep up the good work Nkateko.

Best customer service
On the 25th February 2025, I took my car for repairs. I met a friendly lady by the name of Precious N was very friendly and professional. She welcomed me with a smile and assured me that I came to the right place. She constantly communicated with me throughout the process. Within two weeks my vehicle was fixed and was renewed and it looked very new. Best service ever well done to the company and staff members. Keep up the good work Precious you have raised the flag high with your stirling service.

Poorest Service!! Do not Use Auto & General!!!!!!!!!
I have logged a claim since 19 December 2025 . I have not been assisted and the person who is supposed to assist me is Mohammed Bosthan who doesn't come back to me and I am constantly following him to date. I am have a bad experience with Auto & General for 5 years they had my portfolio and I have paid my premium without hassle but when I claim, I am always rejected so I am not happy and it looks like they do not want to payout my claim. It feels like I have been using a fly by night insurance because that is my hard earned money!!! No one phones me and no one responds to my emails.
