I created my account on 11/03/2026 and made payment on the same day , but my service has still not been activated . I'ts very frustrating because I have already paid but i'm still waiting without any resolution. I even went to the nearest branch to try and get help . A staff member assisted me with the enquiries I had and did their best to check the issue , but unfortunately the maintenance team has still not resolved the problem . At this point it feels like customers are being left waiting even after payment has been made . I would really appreciate urgent assistance in activating my account ( Account ID : A155498) as soon as possible because this delay is unacceptable

I have complain about some lady who called me on January offering me a cash loan and that she is willing to assist me with it . She then asked for my ID number and made me approve a debit check on my Capitec app . Fastword to Feb , Maxlaw debited R750 from my account . the lady claimed to be Nomusa.
