I am very upset about the fact that I had a debit order gone off twice on my account and when asked why they did that they told me I can keep the money that is extra that they deducted from my account as a payment for next month and if I wanted my money back I must send banking details and other information they wanted my question is if it’s a fault from their side can they call me and explain to me what happened and why now I have to talk to people on a Watsup platform and on top of that there is so much deductions recently and I am unhappy about it the initial application did not talk about all these deductions and the worst part is they haven’t gotten back to me the only thing they told me is if I want my money back refunded I need to wait 14 days wich I feel is not right I did not let them wait for 14 days to debit the money that is due to them for me using their facilities and worst part is they added an extra amount wich I am very upset about and I need answers from them their internet services I am using is becoming too much now my data don’t even last the whole month this month my data was finished on the 20 May and I had a deduction of 816 on the 27 wich is yesterday how does this work I don’t understand
I am so fumed at what I received from KFC Metlife Plaza last night its appalling my order was two Oreo shakes and two street wise 4 the Oreo shakes was half and the chips was so dry and stale I threw away the shakes and the chips this is unacceptable the driver who brought my food was so rude I placed my order around 7 pm last night I got my order around 8:41 pm last night he told me on the app his bike has a problem I must wait for him to bring my food and the state the food was in I can’t believe it he did not greet he is on his phone taking to someone else no greet this was very rude of him what baffles me is the staff at KFC MetLife do they check if there if there drivers have proper vehicles to drive with this is uncalled for I will never order anything again from you guys
My son has an account with this store and just after opening his account he lost his job so I took over the account and with taken over the account the treatment I got from one sales lady named Rivionia is appalling the same store got my monthly installments wrong the sales lady Rivonia told her manager that I asked her to make my installments smaller to which is a lie I asked my aunt to allow her to do the debit order because the same lady Rivonia came to my place of work to tell me to do the debit order so payment can be made I hate this shop they keep coming to my place of work and I am not happy with it at all I do not know what to do to stop it I pay them every month via debit order but they are terrorizing me due to having this account I have spoken to the manager of the store but nothing has been done two weeks ago they came to work place and told the people at my work place they are looking for me said I am owing them and the worst part is my employer has called me in asking me what is this all about because our store security has spoken to them asking them who they are looking for this is not fair I have evidence of my debit orders going off every month but what is so alarming is that they took money from my account in December without asking me or letting me know that they will be taking money out my account this is uncalled for I need advice as to what to do going forward The store in question is Best Electric Store in port Elizabeth pier 14 this store is the worst store to have an account with their service is poor and their customer service is appalling I have been to the store and I have spoken and addressed this matter but I am still being terrorized by their private visits to my place of work why I do not know but I want to put this to a stop to this I do not know how but I will find a way
