MY ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER WITH INCORRECT DETAILS, I ASKED THEM TO CHECK WITH THEIR CLIENT THE CORRECT AMOUNT I OWE, THEY TOLD ME TO CALL MYSELF AND PROVIDE THEM LETTERS, ALSO, MY JET ACCOUNT IS PAID OFF, FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS I HAVE BEEN SENDING THE PAID UP LETTER UT EVERY MONTH I GET CALLS, SMS', EMAILS ABOUT THE ACCOUNT, I SENT THE PAID UP LETTER AGAIN THIS MORNING FOR THE MILLIONTH TIME
My woolworths account was handed over to them, they collected R2000, I dont know what happened for woolworths to take the account and hand it over to Nimble, Nimble says I owe i told them I dont owe because MBD collected R2000, Nimble said i should ask MBD for a letter stating the amount they collected, i called MBD and i was told they cant help me because the account is no longer with them, all i need is confirmation that you collected the money so they can subtract it from my current balance.
Valencia Gounden put my under debt review without my approval, she said i should send her statements and ID's so she can view my credit profile, once i decide i need their help she will assist, if i decline, thats also fine, she then put me under debt review, when i asked her why she said if i want to be removed i should pay their attorney fees, there is no document i signed from them. I have been ****med now by multiple companies they all promise to remove me, baie dankie for the mess you put me in Valencia! I hope in the near future, someone does the same to you
