I had 3 accounts with Nimble from African bank, got settlement offers and paid the requested amounts through another bank. Now the one account still shows an outstanding balance, this is how they make people pay more amounts as if it's a new debt. This is ******ion at it's best, today I called in and spoke to a guy named Kyle and he tells me that on his system it still shows a balance of R29k, while on WhatsApp it shows a balance of almost 2k.

I've requested for a cancelation a day after I spoke to one of the consultants. My account was still debited and when I requested for a refund I am made to speak to different people and they claim that they don't have a record of my call.
I had a personal loan with you then was handed over to the lawyers, had an agreement with the lawyers that I will pay a discounted settlement amount which I did. Now I'm getting calls from you telling me I have an outstanding balance in arrears, if I'm handed over then I no longer have to receive calls from you as if I pay I'll be paying 2 people for ine account. So I ask you to communicate with NRB solutions to sort this thing out
