I ordered stuff on line on Saturday to collect at store to date no OPT received as per store to release parcel , This also happen last month as requested delivery I waited 5 days eventually I went to the store to collect , I had to wait at least 20 minutes as the staff had to track the parcel, This is not acceptable, I would like to cancel the order and get a full refund as I have already bought the items from Dis chem-order nbr 260523-801-0266
I had such a bad experience in the shop with a fellow shopper , This person was drunk and abusive , I called out for security to help he didn't move an inch , none of the staff members intervene , I am a 56 year old partially disabled person , The fellow shopper and her friends were youngsters around 20 years old , Don't we get protection in the shops our is security and staff member just there to cash up and check bags
I had the most wonderful experience yesterday at Clicks Kempton gate, I went to collect my delivery although it wasn't there as I only ordered it, A staff member there namely Sizakele was so kind and explained the process to me. I was also looking for another product which was not in store she said I should try Festival mall if I required it urgently, Staff member especially ones that are on their feet and have to work on weekend and still are courteous must be commended and recognized
I requested aa call bank and received one immediately as I was having issues with my current provider, The telephone executive Cecilia Motloung was in a class of her own, He mannerism was professional and very comfortable , Although i was all over the place and had her on the phone for over 30 minutes she was polite , kind and patient throughout the call, A special thank you to Discovery for hiring such a hire calibre of staff,
write this letter with total disgust as I feel I have been taken advantage of by( Fone yam-MTN)block I Thapelo Elliot Majoang ID NO-8708065737082 Contract nbr 691454040,bought a phone at Ackerman's Midrand. My phone was ****** my contract was it Foneyam,I went to the store to put in a claim as it was insured .They issued me with documents to complete for the claim. I then went to MTN to block my number ,MTN said they could not trace my number on their system. I went to the police station to report the incident to get a case number or an OB number, The police said they could not assist as I did not have an ITC number , I proceeded to do an affidavit explaining what transpired and forwarded it to Foneyamon the 5th of January 2026, I received a response on the 20th of January 2026 , I was told to go back to the police station and do another affidavit saying date of incident and IMEI from the box , I did as requested and submitted it on the 27th of January 2026 I received a call that I must pay R460 which I did comply , I received a message that my claim 'in cancelled due to no SAPS number, I have been informing them from day one that the police are not able to assist as MTN is unable to provide me with the information required to obtain a case number. One of two things must happen I get a new phone Or the contract is cancelled with immediate effect Contact Thapelo 0810970864
