Im writing this because for some reason Telkom gave my name to Nudebt Management. There was some issues in December 2024 of early debit but was paid in full. Also 2025, January, February I paid twice R1990.70. Last payment 22nd Febr. Yet paid up and in Credit Telkom and Nudebt fail to communicate. Also phoned vusit Yelkom store and they confirm I am in credit. Telkom communicate to Nudebt to stop these harassing sms of blacklisting.
After paying my Telkom account on the 22nd Feb Nudebt still pester me with demands. Also phoned them. Cant you check with Telkom. Account is paid in full. I can supply proof of all.
Louis Zanoli 278 Paula str Pretoria Gardens 0082 2022/07/26 To : Samsung South Africa, SSS- Cellurar Johannesburg and Bradian Logistics To start of to say thank you for Telkom Centurion for helping with this matter. On the 23rd of April me and me wife was of the 1st Customers to receive our long awaited Samsung Galaxy A73. With all the hype about the phone and as always for about 15 years of Samsung users we got our phones. Then about on the end of May my wifes A73 started to get stuck on Airplane mode and we could on get it to connect to wifi or normail internet. So I took it back to Telkom Centurion and they helped me friendly and swiftly to book in the phone for repairs at the middle of May 2022. Its Job#TRJ157661. According to the Jobcard then 2 parts was replaced: 1.Tape Double Face WP Back Cover 2. some type of cable??? Replaced(Part to get it working?) I received the phone back on about 1st week in June 2022 and al was good. But , up to 19th June the samsung again was doing the same, stuck on Airplane mode no connection to anything. I set off again and gave the Phone in again at Telkom Centurion, they was suprised its the same phone and the same fault. So it left on Job#TRJ158607 Also on the Repair card the sam part, Tape Double Face WP Back Cover was replaced with other part I dont know. I was notified the phone is ready for collection from Telkom and I went to collect on the 5th of July 2022. As we were going through the paper work I noticed the phone had a dent on the left side of the phone. It was given in with apperance as: Good -good” This phone was in a phone cover since we bought it in April. I showed this to the Tech staff at Telkom Centurion, we were not happy with it and did not even go so far as to test if the plane mode problem was fixed. Telkom booked in as anothe Repair quering the Dent. Photos was taken at very angle in my presence, it showed the dent and was send in asJ ob#TRJ1##286( Im not posting this yet, can be obtained from me only by Sansung.) I waited and on the 12th Jule got a message STATED that the phone deemed out of warranty!!! A quoted price was give at R5767.63 and a consultant will contact me. She did at and asked me if I accept the quote and that they can go ahead fixing it. I asked why out of warranty and she said the phone came to them in a bad state. THE PART, TAPE DOUBLE FACE AND BACK COVER were loose and this why the amount quoted. I said the phone was send in as good conditions and the photos proved it at telkom. I declined the repairs and asked for a copy of the recording and it was said it will be difficult to get. In another statement the lady also said I have to pay a accessment fee to get the phone back. I declined again. I went after work to discuss this with Telkom. They asked to come back the next day to discuss it with the Branch Manager of Telkom Centurion. I tried to mail customer service of Samsung about the problem but only received a generic reply. I thought I rather work the the channels for now If the matter cant get worse MY Samsung A73 also stopped picking up wifi and could not connect. Now my phone was send in on Job#TRJ159686 on the 16th July 2022. Well it came back fast and according to the Repair centre fixed on the 20th July. We tested the unit and me nor other 3 Tech Staff at Telkom could let it connect to WIFI. This was not fixed at ALL!!!!! We booked it in the same day AGAIN, same fualt. New TRJ notification said today its fixed and will be back at Telkom Centurion any day. This brings us to Yesterday. Things esculated with my wifes A73 and yet again Bradian Logistics phoned to let me know they can give “ a great Discount on the Qoute amount” to fix it. I Rejected the offer. Today again they phoned to verify I rejected the Quote, I sayd again I wont pay for a product that got damaged when it was with them. (It only had a DENT) And yet again was said to pay an Assesment fee of R189.75. (I got this on a sms) I declined again. I mentioned I will refer this matter to the Ombudsman. I started the process now but also will Post it on Hello Peter. I will for now only attach photos from Telkom Centurion when the phone went in for the Dent query. All other will be send to the parties involved if rewuested. Its simple : 1. Please fix my Wife’s phone and give it back in a 100% working order and in the same condtion it was send in. This will be a warranty. I view is why will the part come off THEY replaced??? 2. If you cant fix it, im sorry replace it or refund and I quote the Consumer Act” Section 56 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008 reads as follows: “Within six months after the delivery of any goods to a consumer, the consumer may return the goods to the supplier, without penalty, and at the supplier’s risk and expense, if the goods fail to satisfy the requirements and standards contemplated in section 55 (Consumers rights to safe, good quality goods) and the supplier must, at the direction of the consumer, either: Repair or replace the failed, unsafe or defective goods, or Refund to the consumer the price paid by the consumer for the goods.” Just play open cards, I work in Retail the last 25 years and almost never heard that a Customer must pay for damages a Repair centre caused!!! Thats Bad!! I lost a bit of faith now in a Great Product, Samsung. Do your part, Louis Zanoli
On the end of May I gave my Daugter's Samsung A30S in for a screen repair at Zidan Zan Trading in Pretoria Gardens. Well it went well but after a month and half the screen becam loose at the top 2 days ago. Yesterday the screen went dead. At 6pm tonight I showed the technitian what it is. No look here and showed that he think is water damage. No water was in it 2 days ago. I asked if it pulling loose was normal all he say the screen has no warranty. I asked him why it will come loose but he did not look at it. Only say he cant help. I am not satisfied with this.
