Very slow service from the provider. Will no recommend them to others. 3 years and estate not finalized.For the last year the consultant keeps stating she will finalize in a month... Still waiting. Really ridiculous service.
Unhappy Client : I have placed an order on the 18 Nov 2025 ORDER #912388 I have not yet received my order which was meant to be given as a birthday present. I have emailed to enquire and one one has come back to me as to what the delay is or when i can expect delivery. There is a cellphone number on the email to call for enquiries but number only goes to voice mail. This is the worst online store i have every used...
The worst experience ever. I order 2x Skyworth 32 inch STE6600 Series HD Smart Google TVs on the 21 Nov 2024. My customer required the specific model STE6600. After a long wait & endless emails about when i will get delivery, I eventually received the delivery on the 6 Dec 2024 only to find out that the incorrect models were delivered. I notified the Gadget Shop on the same day, since then i have emailed & tried to call but no one gets back to me. I am sitting with these 2x TVs which my client does not want & the Gadget Shop will not reply to any of my emails to advise if they can credit & delivery what was originally ordered. After All, it was their mistake!!!
Horrible service from Vodacom cancellation department. Have been trying to cancel my contract for months on end but my account still gets debited. i have put a stop on my debt orders from Vodacom, now i am in arrears !!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED TO BE BE REFUNDED (ARREARS AMOUNT TO BE REMOVED) & MY CONTRACT TO BE CANCELED!!!!!
