We were asked to supply various documents for FICA, which we did but we keep getting emails saying that we need to submit these documents despite us having submitted them. Every time we got an email, we resent the documents. We have now submitted them about 10 times but keep getting emails saying that our account will be frozen if we do not comply. I have phoned twice now and FNB have confirmed that they have received the documents and yet they have frozen our account!!! FNB have promised to unfreeze it but 2 days later it is still frozen. This is effecting our end of the month banking and is totally unacceptable!! I am tired of FNB's incompetency and will be moving to another bank.
Fast, friendly service! Cars are always clean and price is good! We have looked at other car rental companies but we always revert back to Woodford.

We have been trying for almost a month now to add someone to our commercial online banking profile. We have followed all the steps on online banking but nothing happens. We were supposed to be sent a security code. On 2 August 2023 we escalated it and Ntsako Vhukeya who is the Digital Portfolio Manager - FNB Commercial Sales Gauteng North was asked to assist us. She then sent us the steps on how to do this, which was exactly what we were doing, but we did it again and again and still no security code was sent to us. We even sent her a video on what we were doing. She then responded saying that according to their audit, no security code was sent. We know this because we didn't receive it!!! This has been on going and still as at todays date we are unable to add anyone onto the online banking profile. FNB's service is absolutely shocking and the fact that they are unable to sort this out is unacceptable!!!
SELF PAYMENT GAP I had a self payment gap of R19 000 which was paid up in the middle of August but Discovery kept of saying that I was still in my self payment gap. According to my records I have now paid R15 590.45 more than the R19 000 but do you think I can get an answer from Discovery??? I have sent numerous emails and have had 3 consultants call me only to tell me that they are not sure and they will call me back but needless to say nothing has happened. I am appalled at their lack of service!!!
I am really tired of begging someone to get back to me. I have been trying to cancel the Netstar on one of my vehicles for since January. I have tried calling and sent numerous emails but no one has the decency to respond! The sad part is that i was looking at putting Netstar in other company vehicles but will definitely be thinking twice about it now.
I would highly discourage anyone wanting to use Stenersen & Tulleken Administration. I own 2 properties in a complex and have been trying to get a damp issue and bee problem sorted out for months now but just keep getting put off and made false promises. Due to Stenersen & Tulleken's lack of interest and very unprofessional manor, I have not been able to rent out my property for 3 months now because every prospective tenant is complaining about the damp issue. Shocking service!!!!!
I have been dealing with QNoMore for years but I have not had enough! I paid for a license in July 2020 and still don't have it! I have now sold the vehicle but am unable to get licenses for my other vehicles as I am told that this particular license is still outstanding. I have tried calling QNoMore but just get cut off.

I have sent emails and have tried numerous times to phone but cannot get a response from anyone at Metrofibre. It seems that you have now suspended our services for no reason. This is totally unacceptable as the account is up to date and always has been. I have a business to run and cannot do this with no internet.
