I cannot adequately quantify my disappointment with this company. After renting with them for five years, it is extremely disheartening that our relationship has ended in this manner. During the move-out inspection, the estate agent confirmed that the property was well maintained, especially considering the length of my tenancy, and assured me that fair wear and tear would be taken into account. Despite this, they later raised additional charges which they claim are my responsibility, even though these are clearly wear-and-tear items. As a result, my entire deposit was taken. For example, I was charged for damage to a wooden toilet seat, where they allege “chipping.” After five years of normal use, wear to such an item is expected. It is unclear how I would have caused such “chips” intentionally, and this should reasonably fall under wear and tear. The situation was further complicated when, after three years, they changed property administrators. The new administrator was consistently uninformed, requiring me to remind her about contract renewals and follow up repeatedly via email whenever issues arose. Communication throughout my tenancy was poor and frustrating. Additionally, the company made an administrative error regarding my move-out date and attempted to have me vacate the property a month earlier than required. Despite this being their mistake, the responsibility was unfairly shifted to me. They also impose lease administration and lease release fees, which I find unreasonable and unjustified, especially given the level of service received. Overall, the experience was pleasant only while I remained a paying tenant. Once I cancelled the lease, I encountered numerous issues, a lack of support, and what felt like deliberate pettiness. Now that I am no longer their tenant, they are completely unwilling to assist. I would strongly advise prospective tenants to rent with caution. Based on my experience, this company appears more interested in retaining deposits than dealing fairly with long-term tenant
Absolutely the most unreliable and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews, thinking maybe people were exaggerating, they weren’t. If anything, the reviews didn’t go far enough. This company CONFIRMED my booking, reassured me multiple times that they were on the way, and then completely abandoned me at the very last minute. No notice. No apology. No professionalism. They stopped answering calls, kept lying that they were “coming soon,” and never showed up. Just empty promises and complete disregard for their customer. I was left stranded and forced to scramble for random trucks on the street because this company couldn’t be bothered to honor their commitment. That is beyond unprofessional,it’s pathetic. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this company. Do not convince yourself that “it won’t happen to me.” It will. And you will regret it. LOL after a month of not getting back to me, I am receiving a call from the owner saying they are suing me for reputational damage, ITS NOT LIKE I ****, SO NOW I AM ENCOURAGING EVERYONE NOT TO EVEN CONSIDER THIS COMPANY AT ALL, He told he could threaten me, he is full of jokes, PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME AND READ ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS, THIS IS RATHER CONSERNING
would strongly advise against using Vox Telecom. I’ve only been with them for two weeks, and it has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The installation alone took over a week and a half, which was already frustrating. But the worst part is that I’ve now been without internet for an entire week, with no resolution in sight. Every time I follow up, I’m given empty promises that an agent will assist me, yet no one ever actually does. There is a clear lack of urgency, accountability, and customer care. Communication is poor, and it feels like once you’ve signed up, you’re completely on your own.
