DEL FORNO PARKMORE - STAY AWAY The delivery time promised on the Uber Eats app was 10 to 30 minutes. However, the delivery took over an hour, far exceeding the expected timeframe. Furthermore, upon receipt of the order, it was evident that mistakes had been made. A steak pizza was missing entirely, and the chicken strips provided were incorrect. When I contacted the manager, Tembi, she initially assured me that the missing pizza would be delivered within 10 minutes. However, after waiting for an additional 20 minutes with no sign of the missing item, I called back to inquire further. At that point, I was informed that there were no available drivers to deliver the pizza. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is entirely unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I have lost all confidence in Del Forno's ability to provide reliable and satisfactory service.
WARNING!! Be very careful!! I bought a signal booster for R8k and it didn’t work at all. I struggled to get hold of them to return the unit. I only got 70% of my money back 4 months later after 20 follow ups. Stay away!!
Don’t ever order from Burger King on Uber eats. First of all they ignore the phone even though it’s in perfect working order and the managers blame Uber eats for the delays!! I waited 2 hours for a burger! Never again!!
I placed an order with Nandos Sandton City on Uber Eats for all my staff at 12pm and it arrived over 2 HOURS LATER at 2:05pm ICE COLD. Prior to this, I phoned Nandos Sandton City 23 times until they answered to follow up on the food. When it finally arrived, not only was the food Ice Cold, but there were missing meals!!! I spoke to Ntombi, the manager of the Sandton branch, who could not give me a reason why their phone wasnt answered the previous 22 times. She offered to quickly re-make the missing meals and send them within 15 mins. Ater 35 minutes since the prior conversation, I followed up again after trying the landline 8 times, where Ntombi told me the food is still there and she's waiting for a driver. The missing meals arrived over 1 hour following my initial conversation with Ntombi!!! And ICE COLD of course!! This is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE not only from a company perspective but from a mangerial perspective. Never was there an offer provided to me to rectify this shocking service and poor managerment. I WARN the public to stay FAR away from Nandos Sandton City!!!!!!!
On the 31 May 2021, an MTN employee based at MTN Key West named Lebogang Lebepe conducted a fraudulent sim swap without my knowledge, consent and without me present. As a result of this, the suspect who hacked my number also tried to access my internet banking which blocked my access and put my entire bank account at risk. I want a full investigation and Feedback on this matter regarding Lebogang Lebepe. Further to this criminal act, after 9 calls to MTN and a visit to the MTN store in Sandton City, NO-ONE was able to assist me and I was offline for 3.5 DAYS!!! I was further cut off again on Tuesday 22nd June for 1.5 days with NO-ONE at the MTN call centre or MTN Sandton City who was able to assist me or even give me a reason as to WHY they cut me off again. In summary, I feel COMPLETELY UNSAFE with MTN at this present moment as it seems that someone internally is compromising my number hence I would like to cancel my MTN contract with IMMEDIATE EFFECT with NO cancellation fees whatsoever. I have made the decision to move over to Vodacom, a much safer network.
STAY AWAY! I ordered a chicken wrap from Nandos Sandton City on Uber Eats. The order was placed at around 6:30pm. At 6:53pm, the uber driver received a notification to collect the order - I have a picture confirming this. At 7:30pm, one hour after the order was placed, I called the driver who said he had been waiting at Nandos for 40 minutes. I then phoned the branch and spoke to Manager, Ntombi, who told me that there is no slip for Ryan and that it had been given to the driver. I called the driver back who assured me he is still in the store waiting for the order. He also advised that there were many drivers waiting there and that they were very busy. I asked him to pass the phone to Ntombi who confirmed my order was already sent off but she refused to take the phone call. I then called the branch back and spoke to Ntombi again who advised again that the order was given to the driver long ago, yet he had now been waiting for over an hour. Eventually the order arrived at 7:53pm, almost 1.5 hours after placing an order for a WRAP!! In order to determine the truth, the temperature of the food was the determining factor. The food was very warm, which confirms that they had JUST made it!!! Ntombi took no accountability for the fact that she gave me false information twice and blamed it on the staff who were packing the food. She further took no accountability for the fact that it took them 1hour and 17 minutes to cook a chicken wrap!!!! Nor was a resolution was offered. Furthermore, the chicken wrap arrived as a disastrous mess - I have pictures. And it has tomatoes inside, which I marked clearly to remove on Nandos’ NO NO option on the app - I have a picture confirming this. This is beyond unacceptable for Nandos to take 1h and 17mins to cook a wrap before the driver can deliver it, not to mention the horrendous presentation and missing clear directions. I expect a resolution to this matter soonest.

When my order arrived, the packet was fully torn open, there was a human hair on the inner side of the packaging and a hair on the outer packaging of the wrap package going inside touching the wrap itself. Hi there, I am absolutely furious right now! I have been a wimpy fan for over 20 years, until now!! I went to the Wimpy at Cape Town International Airport; I arrived there at 7:49pm. When I arrived, the waitresses were cleaning and no-one even looked at me. When I called them for assistance, they glanced at me and then looked away until I had to go and physically call someone to assist. A lady came up to me at 7:52pm and told me they closed. I was a little confused because they said they only close at 8pm. She then called the Manager, Pauline, who re-iterated that they are closed because "They usually switch the machines off at 7:30pm." I am very angry about this. A closing time is when the restaurant closes and stops serving. I feel mistreated and I will not be going back to Wimpy again!!!
Grayston drive.. you don’t have buns for your burgers!??? The entire day!!??? Are you joking!? Forget about colonel and zinger burgers!! Go to Chicken Licken or Nandos; they have chickens burgers!!
