Quick and easy
Great service all round - they make it easy on their app and the process following. Had a windscreen claim for it to be replaced. Apart from waiting for stock on the windscreen the service was great. Thank you OUTSURANCE!!

ATKV - for young and old
Love going to the ATKV resorts, especially Buffel****rt. Fun for young and old with loads to do. Even in winter months you can enjoy the hot water swimming pools and entertainment. Friendly staff and good clean accommodation.

Stay away
Absolutely terrible, really tried but with no luck. Kept asking for help with my oldest son as I could pick up that he couldn't really read but according to them he was really doing well and can read fluently. Apart from other things I picked up. He received a top 10 in his class and as a parent I really wanted to be happy for him but knowing his ability and what I do extra with him at home I knew it wasn't meant to be. They just make promises to us as the parents and the kids but they don't follow through. Had meeting after meeting to a point that we decided to take both kids out the school. He went for an assessment and another school and failed horrible, the only way forward was to put him a year back. My other son is still young and in Grade R now so he was ok. They play with us and our kids live/education/future. It's convenient as the school fees are not that high including aftervare but rather go to a government school or if you can afford a private school. Teachers too young, no respect and feels like they there just to have fun. I'm all for fun but a pay to get my child educated but that did not happen.

<div>NEVER order from this company, they are very quick when you want to place an order to answer and get back to you but once you've done it's a mission, then just to get the sorry eventually and then NO RESPONSE OR FOLLOW UP from their side. I always believe to support small businesses but they give small businesses a bad name. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM, no refund, no return call, pass the bucket - just no service!!!</div>
