Horrible. Installing fibre took over 3 weeks despite payment. Installer finally pulls through and does the job of a 5 year old. Not even 24 hours later and my internet is down, I've already received 2 sms that I am going to be charged pro rata. I understand that sometimes your Internet goes down. However, I keep being transferred across departments like a ball. It's childish and ridiculous and a clear disrespect towards the customer. Unfortunately cancellation with them is like a handshake with the devil , it's just a horrible relationship we're in. For anyone considering an ISP , STAY FAR AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA
I have placed an order for fibre 3 weeks ago, an installer only came through after two weeks even though payment was made when prompted. The installer has been giving me the run around for nearly 4 days with no intervention from Metro fibre They're trying to gaslight me saying they were waiting on my "confirmation" to drill , but it was already granted. So I'm sitting for nearly 3 weeks , debited amounts from my accounts , a router with no point to connect to and just frustrated
Some of the staff are excellent, some not so much. Sometimes they're able to assist, other times they just send you between departments
