Please note that this complaint is for the new Westown store branch and not Watercrest . On the 1/3/2026 i was in your Westown branch having lunch and unfortunately, I have a few issues to bring to your attention. Upon ordering my meal i asked for a can of coke but as the waitress left me to place the order i changed my mind and asked her if i could change my order .She turned around and said no as the order had been sent off already .Not to rock the boat i said that was ok and i accepted the coke .When the coke came it was in an unopened can .I find it unacceptable that she could not change my order as the can was unopened .But i did not want to make it an issue . Secondly while i ate my meal the waitress did not once bother to come and check on how the meal was going .Total lack of interest .The manager could not be found anywhere . Thirdly i had to wait 20 minutes with finished plates on my table to be cleared . I could understand if the store was busy but there were only four other couples eating there at that time . I frequent your outlets often and the food is always great but when i experience service like this ,it seems as if your customers are not welcome .Being in the service industry i know what is acceptable service ,but the service i was shown was totally unacceptable .Needless to say i will never return to your Westown branch again
Terrible service ,failure to deliver on time and they fail to answer their phones .hey are quick to take your money but fail to deliver goods as they have promised .Called many times to track my parcel but tey were of o help to me .My advice do not use SkyNet .
I have recently booked a holiday to Germany through Pen Travel in Hillcrest, and i would like to convey my gratitude and praise for their sterling customer service. I was assisted by Tegan Harker who arranged my trip and i was very impressed with her service and professionalism. My trip was a great success, and Tegan played a huge role in making it an unforgettable holiday. I will be booking all my trips through her from now on.
