Waited in line for more than 30 minutes at burger king in lorraine (the restaurant was still open when I got in line) when the first car finally moved and we got to the speaker to order we were told sorry they are closed. Could they not have told us that while we were waiting? This is unacceptable. Please avoid disappointment and dont go to this burger king.
It has been more than 14 working days again since the last time I was assured im going to get my galaxy buds and smart tag that was supposed to come with my vodacom contract. I have been waiting since the 14 th of February. I have posted the comments below on hellopeter nearly a month ago and I still don't have what I am supposed to get: I bought a s21 on the 14th of February and claimed for my galaxy buds and smart tag. I received an email on the 14th stating that my claim was successful. I called the customer care line after 14 working days and was told I had to re-submit the claim. I re submitted the claim and received an email on the same day from Samsung verify stating the claim was successful and I will be contacted by the delivery team. I have sent 2 emails since without getting any response from Samsung or the delivery team. Is this just a scam?

Guys please. Make sure you have at least 2 hours before your next appointment before coming to kfc at the vaal mall. If not you will definitely be late
Guys definitely dont waste your time coming to this liquor store. We were told to wait outside because there's too many people in the store. Waited outside for over 20 minutes and watched over 30 people leave the store. We eventually left to go to a better store.
My aunt whom I stay with baught a washing machine online from game on 08-11-2020. She has still not recieved it to date. She has to do all the washing for the guest house at a laundry and it costs a lot of money. We have contacted the customer care department of game on numerous occations and no one is able to help us. We just get referred to the courier company they appointed and every day we contact them we get told its going to be delivered on that day or they hang up rhe phone.
Reported a geyser problem to Integrisure and it was sorted out immediately. Got a new geyser installed in no time. I always get excellent service from them.

Choose your company you book travel insurance very carefully. Me, my wife, brother and sister booked a trip to Europe this past December and we got Santam travel insurance. I have insurance on all my belongings with santam because I thought they are the best and good and proper insurance. When we got to our hotel in Ireland we were told that our accommodation has been cancelled by the booking agency. On further investigation I realized that the agency went bankrupt and closed down without letting us know. We lost our accommodation money in Dublin and Rome. We had to re-book our hotels and pay again. I paid knowing that at least I would be able to claim the money back as I had good travel insurance with Santam. I sent an email to Santam to find out how I should go about logging a claim. To my surprise I recieved a rejection letter from Santam telling me that in the terms it states that I am not covered for if a company closes down and I lose my accommodation. But on the front page it states that I am covering for "cancellation of trip". I was so disappointed that my insurance wasn't good and propper. I lost R16000. If I knew this before hand I would have gone with a different insurer. Be very careful when you take out insurance and read everything. I am now looking at insuring all my assets with another company.
