I have always been a die hard Discovery customer but today I'm really disappointed with you. I had an emergency last month and had to reverse my premiums. Unfortunately the client made late payments and I could only pay the monthly premium and this month's late yesterday.. To my shock today I receive an sms to alert me that my policy has been cancelled. I mean how when you are supposed to give me a 30 day waiting period? Now you have become the same covers that exploits your customers. If anything happens to me it would mean I'm not covered and give my child the run around after loosing her parentπ π‘π‘π‘. I made payment yesterday so what now . I'm more disappointed than angry. The discovery I know would have called,email before taking such a drastic step. I guess now u are about making money only. I WANT MY COVER BACK π π π π π π π π
If there was a 0 rating id give it to DStv. The one customer u have u play cat and mouse for. I cancelled debit or 100 yrs ago and today had to hear u guys are charging me fr that. I paid R697 on the 29th of Nov, today my subscription was disconnected, why. U better switch it on or I will scream, ***π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘
I ran to Capitec today as I was in a rush to a 9 β° meeting. All ATM's were in use, nd I waited for my turn, will this man not irritate me by telling me to move away. I was way far from the ATMs bt no he felt the need to tell me very rudely to move back. Mind u it's not the first time. I angrily tld him to leave me alone. Will he not start swearing in his language. I've never bn so mad bt had to ignore hm as I was ini rush. Capitec Postmasburg I'm in my almost leave era bc of that blerrie security. Let him go bf u start loosing clients bc of him. Why is he even there. The Sibilo branch doesn't hv security so what's he doing there other than talking nonsense nd making me uncomfortable. People have bn complaining abt hm. At the end we'd go to FNB just bc of himπ€π‘π‘π‘
I have a big problem. I have been struggling with the login as a OTP would be required and it goes to an old nr. Been emaiing/ calling and Discovery keeps telling me it has been rectified. Now I received a email advising that my cover has lapsed. How do I pay the fees when the OTP goes to the wrong nr. Please tell me, what has to happen now. I'm defeated
OM just shocked me to the core. U cancelled 2 policies I had for my 64 yr old aunty. Just received another mail that u have cancelled and payed up the other policy. How can a policy be cancelled and payed up when I asked about the option when my aunt turned 64 and was told she doesn't qualify. After how many years and premiums that I had payed π. Am struggling so much that this xmas will be without food and now this ππππ₯
My service was disconnected after I made a payment of R599. Now the agent tells me I have to pay R391. DStv please connect my service as my Netflix subscription was payed for last month and discontinued this month.
Bought a kettle (red) during black friday frenzi with Takealot. Received it in Dec 2023. Jan/ Feb 2024 while trying to fill it with water the lid came off. I alerted Takealot and was advised that it was still under warranty, and it can be returned. As I loved this kettle I wanted the same back. Imagine my shock this morning I receive an email from a Darlington telling me that my return was declined due to usage. Obviously, I used that kettle that's why the lid came off, duh. I live in a area where our water has kalk (don't know the eng word for kalk). Now I've never had issues with y'all so let's not start now, asseblief. I want the same red kettle with a logged in lid, asb.
DStv switched my service on, then switched it off 2 days later. I then spoke to Lehlohonolo on that day. Tld her about my problem, no help there. Why am I not surprised π. Told her that I still have cooling off period nd that I'll be cancelling the whole subscription. This woman tells me that I can cancel but have to pay R180 cancelation fee on top of the R254. Can u believe the audacity. They still at the end wants u to pay for their mistake. Oh get this, with them switching off the service I have to also pay the connection fee. DStv come get yr nonsense. I can't deal with y'all.
I app**** for an explora ultra, which was approved. Debit order was done and supposed to start on the 15th of March. To my shock this morning service was disconnected. Now I just spoke to an agent and was advised that I was supposed to pay R254 on the 26 of feb. How can I make a payment when I have a contract with u? I ask that u reconnect me and I will make the payment of R254 on Friday as I don't have money. Refusal....why am I not surprised. Anyway pls reconnect or I return your item and cancel the Debi check. I'm still in the period where I can cancel yr service, ASB moet my nie maar maki.
I am not working. Living everyday from hand to mouth. But at the end of the day i have to pay for this **** as i have little girls. My sis ( who's a pensioner,mind u) installed this. I payed this subscription on the 26 of Jan. Now u switch it off vir wat. I want u to connect this service before ny kids gets home this afternoon. I cannot believe that u can disconnect a service that is a month to month subscription.A lot of ppl are leaving in droves but u still try to **** the few that are around, sies julle moet jul skaam.
