Yesterday 26.02.20 was at ballito money market the services are pathetic eith long queues, worse part 3 people had to share one stapler, the scanner does not work more delay. Aren't the managers dealing with same

Recently tried to increase eap limit it was for only one transaction and thereafter to revert normal.as of yesterday 26.02.20 was given another version by plilesa do these people get their training from different officers, they fo not know what is happening, my eap is still not sortrd

I refer to ********** 669 prepaid when recharge get bonus of 100% my last recharge no bonus & as promised 20 min free airtime. Called nompilo ndaba 3.11.18 red no 1.37 ********** 21 asked for manager to call no joy also asked to forward email to no avail. When do I get my bonus & free airtime. Why this service is getting bad to worse from mtn pls explain???

i refer to my tel ********** 570, is not working since wed 19.09.18, reported to faults on 20.09.18 met technician Saturday 22.09.19, undertook to fix problem within 1 hour no joy on tuesday reported online 25.09.18, to today no luck, is it worthwhile having a telephone most of the time not in working order, are the technicians qualified ??? ref ********** , 26 days not working, ref ********** 9, not working 10 days, credit in may R153.50 instead of R232.92, short credit R79.00. on tuesday visited the walk in centre ballito, the from person not helpful, however atish managed to send message and call was received fromPshiamo. he too could not understand, however undertook to investigate and call to date no respose. please could you have people with substance taking my query and resolving same. when is this short credit will be appearing on my account

about 2 weeks ago dawn 400 cream was advertised for R15.99, i visited the Ballito branch and believe me no ever knows about same, saying there could be an error???? Bernie called me on 08.08.18, the selling price is +- R29.00 can you believe this
