Seems as if there is no point contacting Standard Bank regarding any issues because nothing gets resolved. <br> This has ALWAYS been the case with Standard Bank and I am sick and tired of this crap! The service is absolutely horrendous!!!<br> <br> I requested 2 things - <br> 1) Close my share account so that I don't get charged (requested this many weeks ago). Simple enough right? Wrong. I am still getting charged for this. PLEASE REFUND ME!!!! Hi, Just wanted to complain about the fact that the service at afrihost has DRASTICALLY worsened. Before, after sending a help sms, i would get a call within 15-30 minutes. Yesterday when I sent the sms I received a call after a few hours. And this has happened 2 or 3 times in the past 6 months. The livechat feature should actually be an email feature - that's how slow it's become. I am a prospective new client, and after emailing afrihost, did not receive a call until around 5 days or so later. I was called at a very inconvenient time close to 5pm and requested that they call back the next day. Until today, I haven't received a call. What is happening Afrihost? Under-staffed?
Just want to thank Amina Fakir for her fantastic service since the first few times I contacted Standard Bank. I was continuously being charged even though I submitted my SAD500 documents on time. Since I started dealing with her everything fell into place. She made my life convenient by advising me to email the documents instead - this is a huge relief because my documents are now easier to locate and always in my possession, and I won't be billed for documents that weren't delivered to Standard Bank on time. Aside from all this, she's been calm and composed even though I was very angry with Standard Bank initially. She's also respectful, speaks to you in a kind manner and has a great attitute
