Terrible after sales
OHHEX installed solar panels for me and they did a good job. After sales however hasn't been a horrid affair. They promised me a free clean for my panels which never happened. I paid extra for an earth breaker which was supposed to be initially installed with the panels and they just did not pitch up for 2 appointments. I even paid in advance for "annual solar maintenance and system functionality testing" which was never done. 4 months later, I am still waiting for a refund.

Missing goods
I bought a bouquet of 24 flowers for my girlfriend who is 24 with a message about the 24 roses correlating to her age. The roses got delivered this morning and she was over the moon and found the card and gesture super sweet. Upon counting the roses however, all that crumbled because there was one missing, they were 23! Not cool NetFlorist, not cool! The last time, I ordered red roses and guess what - she got pink roses!? Please be extra vigilant with our (my) orders :-(

NO LINE INSTALLED AFTER 3 MONTHS
I moved from Cape Town to Centurion at the start May 2015. Before doing so, I requested my Telkom ADSL line to be moved. After 2 weeks of being in PTA, I went to the Telkom store where I was told that no request was logged and we lodged a new one. That call was cancelled randomly by the technician. I went back to the store after a week and we logged a new one. An external contractor came to \install"the line a month later and he told me I had to get an electrician to come pull the line from some mysterious place. 2 weeks later I randomly got a call from a Telkom technician who was outside the house to install the line. Had to rush home all the way from work only to get there and they had left. They promised to come back and do the installation but never did. I called the guy again and he said he was in hospital and would attend to my issue whenever he got out.<br> <br> So it's been 3 MONTHS and till now I still DO NOT HAVE a line installed my house. I have just been paying for a service that I do not have. So can Telkom send a Technician"
