I recently made a claim for a damaged cell phone. Kele Bezu was not only efficient, but she called me to double check that my phone had been collected and she made prompt contact with me as soon as information was required or a decision had been made. Good work Kele!
I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my domestic, Ms N Zibi Ref no: 4512513. At the end of May Ms Zibi attempted to withdraw R2500 from an ATM in Hillcrest, somehow her card info and PIN code were stolen (she did not ask for help or receive help from anybody). As soon as she realised that something was amiss she walked across the road to the Standard Bank Branch on Inanda Rd, Hillcrest. While she was waiting in the queue (less than 10 minutes later) she received SMS notification that her card was being used for retail transactions. While the money spent on these transactions was refunded, the bank has failed to refund the initial R2 500. The fraud call centre says this is because she took more than 5 minutes to report the problem. Although she had tried to call the no. on the ATM screen but could not hear what was being said. Ms Zibi is a pre-paid customer and cannot get itemised billing. Regardless of whether she can prove that she called or not, how can this be a requirement? What if someone has got no airtime or no phone on them? She walked across the road and reported it as soon as she could.<br> <br> Please assist. Details are Ms Zibi's not mine.
My number has been suspended for no rhyme or reason. The account has been paid in full via debit order and I got an SMS telling my account has been recharged with airtime and data. I have called the call centre at least 10 times today. No answer. No answer from Twitter service account either. In what way is this acceptable? I cannot make calls. Or send SMSs. Have to rely on my Telkom data to what's app. Pathetic!
In August 2014 I paid Diverse Designs to install a dyed screeded floor. Because of their ineptitude they were unable to complete the job in the agreed upon time. So instead I got an Epoxy coated floor. Without the correct top coat in spite of paying 300 per sqm. The stairwell was never completed. I have been asking for the problems to be rectified since October. The product supplier has even agreed to supply free product but Diverse designs will still NOT come and do the work
