I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the lack of assistance and communication from the Master of the High Court in Pretoria concerning our deceased estate matter. We have personally attended at your offices seeking assistance and guidance regarding the administration of the estate. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we did not receive any meaningful assistance during our visit. In addition, we have sent numerous emails to the complaints department as well as to the secretary of the Regional Manager, yet to date we have received no response or feedback. This lack of communication has placed our family under severe stress and uncer*****y. This matter is now extremely urgent, as we are at risk of losing the estate property due to the continued delays and absence of intervention from your office. We therefore urgently request that this matter be attended to without further delay and that we receive feedback and assistance by Wednesday. We trust that this matter will now receive the urgent attention it requires.
When FNB is selling/upselling their products, they promise you heaven and earth, and when it's time to deliver they then FAIL... My mom sadly passed on in Feb and since then FNB HAS BEEN Searching for her will / or her wish list, it's been close to 3 months now ... This is so traumatising and I would advise anyone NOT to TAKE A WILL WITH THE BANKS. AS IT IS A NIGHTMARE
Woolies Blueberry has the worst customer service ever, some tellers make it look like they are doing you a favor by ringing your food...they don't greet nor excuse their tardiness...they have lost me and my family as customers because they treat black customers differently
In July 2022 I went to Istoreclearwater and got myself a iPhone contract and 3 months later my SIM card is still not working and MTN is debiting my account monthly, I am really disappointed by both @core and @mtn but mostly by Istoreclearwater as it was not a cheap contract...worst service ever

Thursday morning the 17th of September i went to get my eyes checked but to my surprise the receptionist was extremely rude and rolling her eyes at me and being impatient with me (the costumer) she then proceeded to be loud when i asked why is she being like that...i honestly don't understand why she took that attitude to work on that day...whats worse i think she told her boss what was i complaining about but i didn't get any apology from any of them...its not like i was not paying for their service as i was in need of it, but i am sorry i wont go there again after i get my glasses as the service was beyond rude and unprofessional, i would rather go to another company that would make me feel like i am human and not dirt from the street.<br>

early last year i went to Nissan randburg to fix a mirror then they gave me a wrong mirror, they said they will fix it within a month, more than 5months now i am still waiting for the correct mirror, this is highly unprofessional and bad Service...could someone please let me know what to do...
I in 2012 canceled my account with Neotel and was sent numerous emails to indicate that it was done and they had also took money from my account that was not supposed to., now they took me to credit berea for what i dont get it...I AM Highly annoyed
