5 star service indeed!!!
A superb shopping experience, from Start to the priduct being delivered into my hands, more pleasant than buying from Dischem and Clicks!!

Misrepresentation and no Terms and Conditions to define a Promotion
Mr Price are currently running a Buy one Get one Free promo on their Priced to Go Favs. I purchased a selection of ladies items. But I did not get the associated discount or the free item as the title implies, buy one get one free!!! Also even though the Ad states T's and C's Apply - but there are no T's and C's for this promo anywhere on the website. ALSO how do you run a buy one get one free promo without the necessary stock ??? This is misrepresentation in it's grossest form!!! I raised this with Customer Care through the website and was told by Sindisiwe Sibisi that the items were discounted as per the promo, but I didn't see a 50% difference in the final price nor were additional items added to my basket.

Incompetence reigns!!!!
Logged a fraud dispute in the APP. My card was cancelled without a warning or notification. Despite ordering a new card through the call centre and through the APP, a new card order was not processed. Told that it could take up to 25 days to have the fraud case resolved!!! Not only was my card cancelled without being warned that it would, but I can't even do banking online!!!!!!!!!

What you order is not what you get
Ordered an item off the website, item looked significantly larger , than the actual item. When I tried to return the item - I was informed that I had to return the item (pay the postage) and then they would deduct R50 for the original courier fee... On top that... What a dodgy way to do business<br> <br>

Creating good out of a bad start
The Durban Rep, delivered exceptionally poor service. However soon after I complained, I was told that the Durban Rep, had been relieved of duty and I was assured that I would receive the service that was originally promised. We waited with baited breath to see whether the fitment team would arrive. <br> <br> Not only did they arrive, but they were quick, professional, remarkably silent and efficient despite having to deal with load-shedding. There was minimal mess and they were in and out on the same day.<br> <br> The product is beautiful and I am happy to recommend them as a service provider.
