Accelerit, should be called " Brakecelerit". Even if I tried, it’ll be impossible to count all the numerous mistakes and poor service I’ve had from them in the last two months...
IS IT ACTUALLY POSSIBLE TO CONTACT OR RECEIVE AN ANSWER FROM KULULA.COM ... ? So , yesterday we received an e-mail from Kulula.com changing our flight time from 15:00 to 09:50 for a flight on the 5th of November from OR Tambo to Cape Town. The ONLY problem is that we are attending our son's Wedding the previous day ( and they are geeting married the evening of the 4th ) and have to drive 4-5 hours TO OR Tambo..... :( :( :( and still arrive in time for the flight.... Trying to communicate with then ONCE YOU HAVE PAID...SEEMS TO BE AN IMPOSSIBILITY.... There is no e-mail or alternative numbers available . I use to LOVE Kulula.com... BUT NO LONGER.... & I'm not even talking about the useless telephone system.... It's time for their staff to return to the office ! BUT - WILL ALSO BE WRITING TO THE OMBUDSMAN & Discovery. I suspect , if we ALL WRITE TO Discovery - THEY MIGHT have some effect on the service levels of Kulula.com
<p>So recently - I again contacted DSTV "Customer" support and spoke to a Me. Mokoena</p> <p>Simply - as I have not been able to watch ANY programs - never mind my previously recorded PVR stuff....</p> <p>To make it CLEAR - I could ONLY access channel 100 !</p> <p>And then - I discovered - that DSTV has billed me for PVR access , and I do not know WHAT else - as I apparently now owe them money !</p> <p>So - as mentioned previously - they only want your money !</p> <p>Customers......one's that DARE complain ---- No THANKS - we only want your money !</p> <p>So Well - The update to the story is that DSTV went ahead and today deducted monied from my account via Debit Order.....</p> <p>Please note that I have not been able to access ANY channels for about a month....!</p> <p>When I phoned today - nobody knew of Me. Mokoena..the supervisor...</p> <p>So when I asked for anybody else - they left me "hanging on" for about 7 minutes....only to be told...someone is coming....and having to listen to the most miserable music imaginable....can't they just play some X-Mas carols...</p> <p>So...at long last a lady Londiwe Maluleka assisted me.</p> <p>and , basically - according to het - re-activated my services.....</p> <p>I'll have a look tonight and report back tomorrow if my services HAS been activated !....</p> <p> </p>
<p>So , recently I decided to downgrade from my Premium package.</p> <p>( I would rather NOT go into the reasons for this - as this review might become a RANT ! )</p> <p>Well , what a surprise when I could not even access MY PVR content which I legally downloaded whilst on my premium package....</p> <p>and might I say - I would imagine - I LEGALLY PAID for that content .</p> <p>So - now I have decided to just CANCEL my entire subscription and move over to OpenView.</p> <p>For a CUSTOMER that has been with DSTV since they started - I find their attitude to ENTICE ME BACK - to say the least - terrible ... not even to watch the programs I recorded.</p> <p>Well - no wonder customers are leaving DSTV in droves !</p>
Our group of friends have been going to THIS specific La Romantica restaurant - at the Somerset Mall - near Rola Motors - for the past 9 years <br> - at LEAST once a year - at the same time of the year .<br> UNTIL this year. Just about everything was and went wrong. No Pasta. No desert. <br> We all got some food poisoning - my wife was 3 days in bed. <br> The worst was , that I personally reported the incident to the restaurant , left them my BCard, wrote them an email a couple of days later - and still no phone call or response - Terribly poor customer service <br>
