Waiting for them to send people out to do evaluation on claim. Nobody has contacted me, been holding for 45 min plus for second time this afternoon. Nobody answers.

<p>Hi, I have been a member of Amway for more than 10 years. I have contacted them to renew my membership and was told that my IBO number was cancelled because of late renewal. Because of the time that I have been in the business there is a lot of people in my downline that I have lost now. I have received no correspondence that my business would be cancelled and are very unhappy with the current status of this situation. </p>
I was asked to submit documents for FICA and have submitted the required documents. Also called them on the 25th to make sure that my account is ok, it was still being investigated and today I tried to make payments from my account and now it is frozen. Cannot make payments and this is affecting my credit scoring, really disappointed. The lady at the call centre told me today the same thing as last week, that someone will contact me and assist me, nothing has happened in a week.
I have tried to open a FNB business account for the last month. All the queries that I have lodged and escalated have taken forever to resolved and they loose documents, really disappointing. <br> <br> Will apply at new bank if this not sorted out soon.
