Useless. Scheduled delivery for today. Current time is 17h40pm...still no delivery. WhatsApp service already closed for the day. Package out for delivery according to you at 07h11am...10 hours later, still nothing. Are you using ***eons or bicycles for delivery?
WORST RENTAL MANAGEMENT EVER. 3 months since occupancy, sewage still overflowing, has to be unclogged every 3 weeks. Toilet leaks (both bathrooms) took 3 months to repair, en-suite could not be used for 3 months. Then they further insult their tenants by saying the complaints are childish!! Stay clear, Marelize only cares about selling properties for high $$$ and not managing rentals for low $$$. Poor communication, no urgency, but quick with monthly invoices and statements!!!

RENASA and Oxford Claims Services and CONCOURSE HOLDINGS are making every effort to ignore clear evidence, diagrams and pictures to not pay a third party vehicle owner that was damaged by their rent to own insured uber driver. The driver's licence was first issued in 2018, he just collected the vehicle and was clearly unable to drive it and drove into the rear of my vehicle. Aprt from the appalling service from Veronica Modisa, who kept asking me for their SPM number, which is their own internal number?????? It took more than 2 weeks to get any process information out of them. OMBUDSMAN is going to have a field day!
