Makro Strubens Valley - Worst Customer Service!
Makro Strubens Valley Firstly the sales person leaves us with a pen and paper for the purchase made, says complete all these sections and disappears. Next moment some random sales person shows up and asks if the other guy explained the extended warranty to us to which we responded with "no" and then he blabbers a load of stuff and we take the extended warranty. Then another person comes offering us "special" "extra care" delivery for an additional amount and at that point we were already so irritated with the service we received. I would expect of them to handle our delivery with care in the first place. Arranged for delivery today. We made the necessary arrangements to receive delivery today only to get a message to say delivery is arranged for tomorrow between 08h00 and 19h00. My husband and I both logged calls via the call center to get them to deliver our item today because trying to speak to someone at the Strubens Valley store, is a challenge on it's own. Either they never answer the phone or when they do answer, you get put on hold and they forget about the call. This store has the worst customer service ever and I doubt that we will be purchasing any appliance from them anytime soon. Bad, bad service!!!

IJump Clearwater - Bad Food Quality
IJump Clearwater - Had a big problem with their food! First I had to send mine back because the chips and burger were both cold. The chef took the same old and cold chips on my plate, put it back into the oil and sent it back to me with the waiter. The lettuce on the burger is brown and soggy and both my, and my son's burgers tasted like dish soap. My son didn't even finish half of his burger 😤 very disappointed!

Very good customer service
We thought we would give Huggies a try to see if our boy would be comfortable with them as they were on special and they got the very cute nappy pants and designs on their nappies<br> <br> We encountered a small problem with the nappies and before putting a complaint onto hello peter I decided to email Huggies careline first about this problem<br> <br> Tracy was the lady who assisted me very quickly and friendly, sending me a voucher to try another pack of nappy pants ensuring me hat Huggies is a very good nappy and that we weren't supposed to have a problem like that ! Unfortunately our boy is growing very quickly and the pants didn't fit him anymore in which Tracy once again assisted me with this small problem as well, sending me another voucher for their normal nappies<br> <br> Unfortunately because of the nappies not stretching around the waist we can't make use of the Huggies nappies but i would just like to give a HUGE THANKS to Tracy ! Your customer service is amazing
