Bought a vanity set at CTM a week ago, decided to return for credit as the vanity was too small and wanted to exchange for a bigger one. To my surprise, the box with the mirror had a small corner that has water on it, its been raining the whole month and we collect from CTM with wet boxes all the time and never complained. They refused to refund the mirror due to the one corner being wet, the entire packaging and box is fine and undamaged, the item is undamaged. This is just riduclous, we have now asked for a refund as we will not be using the credit for exchange as we will never be buying here again, we have bought at CTM many times for many house renovations, but never again.
Endless calls, 20 calls a day, blocked them and they still keep calling! I do NOT WANT ANY CONTRACTS!!! Nothing is ******* in South Africa, break all laws as you want.
The worst of the worst customer care in the world. Try calling Vodacom, you can't. You can only talk to Tobi the virtual useless bot. My SIM had a *****ulent SIM swap done on 31st Dec late afternoon, I was already on holiday. As soon as I realised someone logged in my WhatsApp and I lost signal, I tried to call Vodacom and to my surprise, there was ZERO way to contact anyone at customer care. 082 135 just gives Tobi options whether you call from another network, on Vodacom prepaid or contract SIM, all TOBI the useless bot. I had to google and get vodacoms DISABLED customer line where humans answered, they were rude and impatient, and told me not to call this line again and they will block my number. I asked them how am I suppose to get a hold of anyone?? There's no consultant on 082135, only the useless bot. Nevertheless, he helped to block my number. I then went to Eastgate on the 5th Jan to do a sim swap, when I told them my story the consultant at table 4 said the system is offline now and I must come back after 3 hours, but there's still a lot of other customers in the shop doing other transactions? I asked why not come back after an hour instead of three? She said it's on and off, just come back after three hours. Something sounded fishy so I left and immediately went to Bedford center vodacom4u and the lady there helped me. I'm pretty sure Vodacom disabled all human consultant so their ****mers can work well and **** all their customers. I will be ending all my 4x contracts and prepaids to another network, and advice all family and friends to do the same. Vodacom actively make it difficult for victims to report anything so to allow their inside ****mers to *****. Luckily I've only lost my air times so far.... I've never heard of a company who had ZERO telephone number you could call.
I sent our driver to go buy cobble bricks at builders Edenvale, on the website its stating R5 per brick, but when we paid at the shop it was R7, and they refused to give us at R5 even though we showed them the online price, they told us to buy online and collect in store, and they will refund the funds back into credit card which may take 14 working days. We asked them to refund just the difference and they refused. Absolute **** and waste of time! Might as well list it for free and make people pay when they go buy! Extremely inefficient and complete waste of time. I would never want to go there again, Leroy has it listed at R3.99 per brick but they out of stock for that day! Spent R2 more per brick compared to their online price, ridiculous! They said we must offload the bricks, refund the amount paid and wait 14 days, pay again online and they will load it back up again..... this is why south Africa is going no where with productivity like this !
they call you day and night, 3-5 times a day, you tell them you are not interested, and they call you the next hour regardless. 1000% spam and now even if they paid me to insure my car, I am not interested. Told them to take me off their calling list and they still call you 3-5x times a day everyday!!!!!!!!!! I hate this company with a passion! So annoying, will never ever sign up with them and have been telling all my friends and families to block all their numbers and never sign up!
Super efficient and easy to communicate! Claim was processed very quick and repairs done in no time, unbelievable. We have moved all our none business insurance to Naked, I hope they will open to business insurance too soon.
Best service provider ever! Daily communication and pushing Vuma to come help us fix broken line. Very impressive! Will stick with these guys forever! Absolutely recommend! They may not be the cheapest, but definitely worth every cent when it comes to support!
Claimed approved in a day to assist with windscreen repair, the technician arrived two days later on site and helped fixed the windscreen, everything looks good so far! This is why all our families and friends are on Naked insurance!
Your Greenstone branch has absolutely appalling service, its not the first time this has happened, not a single customer is happy with the service at greenstone Vida. Every other Vida stores will make your order if it is not on display, this is the only store that refuses make anything that is not on display. When we want to use our discovery vouchers, everytime they would refuse it. Today was the most ridiculous, they refused and told us to go to another store that would take vouchers, and even hurried us out of shop giggling. Very arrogant, extremely rude. THey would make remarks such as "why are you still here, why dont you just go to another store with your vouchers?". We have complained on hellepeters and google reviews on multiple occasions, never get feedback. The staff at this store will close down the place eventually.
Our sales person, Nic from Lexus fourwaus was absolutely professional and accomodating. We bought a vehicle from him, he was very patient when we asked a lot of questions, he went through the vehicle in details, we went for numerous test drive. His service is just on another level, so glad to see there are still people this passionate and professional in south africa! On delivery of vehicle, he gave us balloons, flowers, a Lexus Bag, 2x Lexus warm bottles, chocolates, coffees, lexus pens etc, a FULL tank! We have bought many cars from all different brands and nothing comes close BMW and Merc just gives us the keys and told to drive off, and Lexus Fourways and Nic just keep us amazed! This is the third vehicle we bought from this dealership, we will keep coming back!
