Bonitas required a motivation letter why my wife must get a prosthesis leg and then they have a turn around time of 30 to approve the leg. God made humans with two legs, why must you motivate this important part of body. Is this because they believes in evolution where your body do not required all organs any more and that you come from a monkey. My parents and myself never have any monkeys grand parents because God made as directly as a human and it is impossible for us to evolve to a new generation of super humans with one leg. Bonitas communicate their request wrongly that a doctor must motivate which we did hand in the next day and then after two weeks we find out it is not a doctor but the technician how is making the leg . Now we must wait 30 days again. The human must suffer while they use 30 day to say yes or no, another human violation act by Bonitas not able to do a quick decision.
I send a complain in to the Ombudman on the 19 Oct 20015 and still waiting for a respond with feedback to me regarding my complain. I did send more than 100 e-mail with no reponse from the offices of the Ombudsman

1)Tash Rhevan did not address my complain regarding the payment of the code of my wife operation given before the operation. Payment for the operation was less than what was code by Bonitas before the operation. I never question the Doctor fees that was less than the Bonitas code, but did question the first code given by Bonitas to me and than the amount that they paid after the operation that was less than the code. 2) What is also socking for me is the fact that she write to me that this is the final time that she will handle this case.: \ Please be advised that your query regarding the specialist has been investigated and this is the final feedback accordingly.
