The customer service we received from a lady by the name of Akeelah (I hope I spell her name right) was absolutely brilliant. She was lustering to our inter-action, asked questions to get more info from us, WOW someone actually listens to what the customer is asking, her advice was out of this world. She ticketed all the boxes for a job well done worthily of being recognize by her peers. She made you smile, listened to what was asked of her, gave a few examples of products & it's uses, & made me laugh, now that don't happen often, but it did & that is why I think she deserve a praise. Thank You Akeelah for your excellent customer service.
I can't even give them a half a rating. I have been struggling with Telkom Internet now for 4 months & up to now I still have no service. I have been trying to speak to a team leader, supervisor & a manager no one to assist. The adviser fixes my email for 1 day the next I'm unable to access my account. They have canceled all my fault logged 3 times & now they cancelled the call cause the adviser did not put all the info I gave them. The only time I can access my email is when they send an email saying my email box is almost full. TELKOM YOU TAKE MY MONEY EACH MONTH BUT I STILL HAVE NO SERVICE.WAKE UP I NEED HELP
I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohamed Faridsha Khan who provided me with some Excellent Customer Service. He was informative, very polite full, easy to talk to & his knowledge was top notch. What I liked was he listened to what I asked ever interrupting me & he was very respectful. Now this is the WOW FACTOR. Please convey thanks to Mohamed Faridsha Khan.
I had the pleasure of dealing with 2 of your agents Jeremy & Sandra (Canal Walk) who provided me with Excellent Customer Service. The WOW factor comes to mind. When you can make me smile that is half the job done. Jeremy went the extra mile to assist us in your search for a few toys for the kids, what we could not find in the store he went looking in the back & found what we needed, WOW now that man deserve a Pepsi. He never once stopped smiling he just got ready for the next task in our quest to find toys, up & down he went & to really put the cherry on top was Sandra with her kindness & her positive outlook on live made the whole experience extra special. She laughs with us tried to assist in looking for the toys. Please convey our gratitude for the assistance they provided us.
4 years in a row same service no response the only time I get respond is if I log an complaint, shame on you ABSA , my money is only good when you take but when you are to assist your customers you are nowhere to be found & it's not even about money a simple logging issue ... wow no words , let's see if some wakes up not even a star maybe a minus a half star
I would like to thank Terence & he's guys that came to my place. The service was excellent beyond any words they were humble easy to talk to and provided us with excellent customer service. They always had a smile on her face & made us feel at home, WOW what excellent customer service.
I RECIEVED A CALL AT 18H50 FROM A TELKOM AGENT THENDEKILE MODIFE FOR A CALL I LOGGED IN THE MALL FOR A PROBLEM ON MY MOBILE & HOME SERVICE.I NEVER THOUGHT THEY WILL CALL BACL BUT THIS LADY CALLED MY 10 MINUTES BEFORE HER SHIFT ENDED & PROVIDED ME WITH THE WOW FACTOR. SHE WAS WELLED INFORMED ON ALL TECHNOLOGY IN GENERAL.I ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS AND SHE ANSWERED ALL OF THEM.WHAT BLEW ME AWAY WAS THAT IT WAS JUST BEFORE HER SHIFT ENDED OTHERS WOULD HAVE LEFT IT FOR THE NEXT DAY NOT THENDEKILE, SHE STILL HAD ALOT OF ENEGY IN HER TAKE TALK TO ME. On Thursday I received a call from 1 of your IT agents Riefaat Baderdien to assist me on a software related issue. Riefaat Baderdien gave the meaning to excellent customer service. He was very professional & knew how to access my problem. We had a few hick-ups with the software but he's determination not to give up and trying other avenues made me sit up & see true workmanship at he's best. Some people would have given up & referred another agent to assist but he kept on & on till we got it right. Riefaat Baderdien thank you for your patients and your understanding of the issue & your willingness not to give up gave me a newfound appreciation for the agent that has to take our calls. Once again Thank You Riefaat Baderdien for your excellent customer service.
Last Saturday I walked into Samsung Experience Store - Canal Walk & where I was met by an agent named Kenou who gave me the most WOW brilliant, Excellent customer service I have not seen in a long time & he made me laugh. That is half the job done. He's knowledge, on the phones was excellent & it made it easy for me to choose a phone. He went the extra mile & made sure I could pick up my device at another store as they did not have stock. He's all-round performance earns him a big Thank You from me. Thank You Kenou
